Womenice Global Foundation is a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, youth, professionals and emerging leaders through mentorship, leadership development, education, entrepreneurship, inclusion and digital transformation.

Our vision is to create 7 million female and youth leaders by 2050, empowering the next generation to drive innovation, advance inclusion, strengthen communities and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable world.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Tânia Tomé is an international speaker, author, leadership expert and social entrepreneur whose work has impacted audiences across more than 22 countries. She serves as a Judge for the American Business Awards® and was the first African and Lusophone woman appointed President of the Women in Business Awards Judging Committee. She has been recognized among the 100 Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD), an initiative recognized by the United Nations.
