Samaritan's Fellowship providing clean water, healthcare, education, livelihoods, and community development across Pakistan.

Samaritan’s Fellowship is a Pakistan-based organization established in 2015 to advance social justice, economic opportunity, and sustainable community development among marginalized and vulnerable communities. Our mission is to help individuals and families overcome poverty, exploitation, and social exclusion by creating pathways toward freedom, dignity, self-reliance, and long-term economic independence.

We believe that lasting change is achieved not only by addressing immediate needs, but by helping people develop the skills, resources, opportunities, and confidence required to build sustainable futures. Our programs focus on addressing the root causes of poverty and vulnerability while strengthening the capacity of communities to drive their own development.

Since our establishment, Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation has implemented community-based initiatives focused on economic empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, freedom from bonded labour, clean water access, healthcare, education, and community development. We work alongside local communities to identify challenges, develop practical solutions, strengthen local leadership, and promote long-term resilience.

  1. One of our primary focus areas is supporting families affected by debt bondage, economic exploitation, and extreme poverty. Through our flagship “Set Them Free” initiative, we help vulnerable families secure their freedom from debt-based exploitation and rebuild their lives through education support, vocational training, livelihood development, entrepreneurship opportunities, and sustainable income generation. Our approach focuses not only on immediate relief but on creating long-term economic stability that reduces the risk of future exploitation.
  2. Economic empowerment remains central to our strategy. We support vulnerable households through livelihood development, vocational skills training, entrepreneurship support, small business development, income-generating assets, and community-based economic initiatives. By strengthening household income and economic resilience, we help families move from dependency toward self-reliance and long-term stability.
  3. In addition to livelihood programs, we implement water, health, and community wellbeing initiatives that improve access to safe drinking water, preventive healthcare, health awareness, and essential community services. Through community-based interventions and medical outreach activities, we seek to improve quality of life while addressing underlying factors that contribute to poverty and vulnerability.

Community participation and local leadership are fundamental principles of our work. We believe sustainable development is most effective when communities actively participate in identifying priorities, shaping solutions, and leading implementation efforts. Through community engagement, awareness-building, and leadership development, we support local ownership and long-term sustainability.

We are committed to maintaining strong standards of transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of donor resources. The organization operates under a governance framework led by its Board of Directors and continuously works to strengthen financial management systems, reporting practices, safeguarding measures, monitoring processes, and organizational effectiveness. Transparency, accountability, and measurable impact remain central to our organizational culture and donor engagement strategy.

Monitoring and evaluation are integrated into our programs to help assess outcomes, improve implementation, and strengthen accountability. We regularly engage with beneficiaries, partners, and communities to measure progress, identify lessons learned, and ensure resources are directed toward interventions that generate meaningful and sustainable results.

Our vision is a Pakistan where individuals and families can live free from exploitation, access meaningful economic opportunities, enjoy dignity and equal participation, and contribute fully to the development and prosperity of their communities. Through partnership, innovation, and community-driven action, Samaritan’s Fellowship Foundation seeks to create lasting change that transforms lives and strengthens communities for future generations.
