Education should lead somewhere.

We build the bridge between interrupted education and real-world independence. One designed system. Not isolated interventions.

The Pathway: Connection → Language → Skills → Work

Four steps. Open-source platforms. Volunteer-powered. Free for every participant.

Step 01: Connection. The Buddy Programme pairs displaced people with local residents. The Women Buddy Programme matches women globally with peer supporters. AI-powered matching on lived experiences, personality, and support areas.

Step 02: Language. Language Connect matches learners with volunteer conversation partners for weekly video practice in any language. 8,000+ learners. 7,805+ sessions delivered. 50+ countries.

Step 03: Skills. Skills Academy: a video platform for 1-on-1 expert mentorship across 10 fields. Data science, AI/ML, cybersecurity, web development, UX design, product management, digital marketing, cloud/DevOps, HR, and career development. Session booking. Verified certificates with QR codes. Corporate CSR portal with Benevity and Workday export. Digital First Steps: 8-week digital skills programme for US adults who lack digital access.

Step 04: Work. Mentors for Ukraine matches displaced professionals with career mentors by industry, seniority, and geography. 400+ mentors. 2,000+ mentees. 50+ countries.

The pathway works. Olena starts with Language (Step 02). She moves to Skills (Step 03). She ends with a mentor in German pharmacy (Step 04). She stops cleaning offices and starts practising pharmacy.

Five pillars, one mission.

The pathway is the flagship. Four pillars support and sustain it.

Education: The pathway itself. Connection → Language → Skills → Work. Nine programmes. 20,000+ people supported.

Health Equity: Removes health barriers so participants can stay on the pathway. First product: One Connection, peer support for cancer survivors. AI matching by cancer type, treatment history, and language. Real-time translation. Video-first. 67% higher mortality among isolated cancer survivors. One Connection closes that gap.

Research: Evidence production across education, genomics, AI methods, and ESG methods. Programme outcome measurement. Treatment response analytics. Co-occurrence genomics. The R&D department of an education nonprofit.

Advocacy and Policy: Educating policymakers. GDPR enforcement for patients. Rights-based policy submissions on refugee education, women's access, and data protection. Formal complaints to regulatory bodies when systems fail.

Compliance: CSR Cockpit. Open-source corporate reporting tools. CSRD and ESRS export. Social return calculator. Evidence dashboard. Volunteer hour tracking. The infrastructure that turns corporate partnerships into auditable impact.

One Connection: No One Survives Cancer Alone

When treatment ends, support disappears. The oncologist visits thin out. The friends who promised to call stop calling. 52% of cancer patients report greater isolation after diagnosis. Among the most isolated survivors, mortality risk increases by 67%. One Connection matches cancer survivors with trained peer supporters. Matched by cancer type, treatment history, and language. Weekly video sessions. Structured journey pathways from diagnosis through survivorship. For bone marrow transplant survivors, 70% have no formal peer support. The entire peer support literature for this population consists of eight studies with 574 patients. No existing platform combines matched peer support, real-time translation, and structured journeys for cancer survivors. One Connection fills that gap. One person who has been through the same treatment. One video call every week. One connection that changes recovery. Your donation funds the first pilot quarter. Matching infrastructure. Video for peer sessions. Safeguarding training for peer supporters. Structured journey tracking for 50 cancer survivors through post-treatment. One Connection is a Health Equity programme by The Educational Equality Institute. 501(c)(3) non-profit. Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency.

From Isolation to Independence: The TEEI Pathway

Education should lead somewhere. Millions of displaced people have degrees, experience, and ambition. What they lack is the language for work, the skills for the digital economy, and one person in their industry who says: "Here is what to do." TEEI builds the bridge. Four steps. One pathway. Connection: a buddy who answers the questions nobody else answers. Language: weekly conversation practice with a volunteer in any language. Skills: 1-on-1 mentorship with a working professional in your field. Work: a career mentor matched by industry who helps you get hired. 20,000+ people across 50+ countries have used this pathway. Every programme is free. Every programme is volunteer-powered. Your donation funds the infrastructure that keeps the pathway running. Matching. Video sessions. Volunteer onboarding. Certificates. Open-source platforms. No office. No fleet. No salaried programme staff. 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency. Two consecutive years.
