Puerto Rico Space Foundation

The Puerto Rico Space Foundation (PRSF) was born from the aspiration to establish an educational and entrepreneurial environment dedicated to the space industry in Puerto Rico. Established in 2023 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under U.S. tax law and Section 1101.01 of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code, PRSF has been dedicated to advancing space education, entrepreneurship, and workforce development on the island. Through education, research, and strategic partnerships, PRSF aims to connect the Puerto Rican community to the global space economy while cultivating a vibrant ecosystem that fosters innovation, resilience, and greater awareness of our planet.

We envision Puerto Rico as the Caribbean Space Hub, a global space commerce, research and innovation Hub in the Caribbean and the Americas where space technology, education and local industries converge.
