Nestucca Neskowin Watershed Council

The mission of the Watershed Council is to work in partnership with private and governmental stakeholders to improve the environmental health of our watersheds to benefit those who live and work within their boundaries and the fish and wildlife that depend on them. We accomplish our mission by installing large wood placements on streams to increase habitat for spawning and rearing salmonids; remove and replace barriers to fish passage; and install plantings along waterways to provide shade and prevent erosion of stream banks.
