Implicit Effect Community Initiative

At Implicit Effect, we train over 5,000 young people in entrepreneurship every year. Our mission is to build a generation of economically independent youth, whether as innovative entrepreneurs or outstanding employees. As the demand for training, startup support, and mentorship continues to grow, so does our need for resources to keep the program running and evolving. Despite the impact we’ve made, we face a growing challenge: limited funding. Our work is currently supported by a small number of partners whose capacity is stretched. This makes it harder to provide startup kits, hands-on mentorship, and access to both soft and technical skills training for those who need it most.
