IHF is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering children from impoverished and marginalized communities.
We are committed to helping children from impoverished and marginalized communities in Kenya, Indonesia, and Thailand through education. We believe in a “pass-it-on” model by providing education and safe spaces for vulnerable children while training future global leaders in ethical service and community development. We seek support for our At-Center Education Program based in Nakuru, Kenya which is a community-rooted initiative that provides free, accessible education to approximately 180 children from the marginalized and underserved East Pokot and surrounding communities. Many of these children are orphaned, face extreme poverty, or come from rural tribal communities, with little to no access to consistent formal schooling or academic support. This education program provides not only foundational academic skills but also a sense of belonging, creativity, and self-worth, empowering them to break the cycle of poverty and advance their communities. Our program serves youth who are especially at risk of child marriage, social exclusion, and generational poverty. Education is the solution. By investing in prosperity through education, this project directly supports the potential of underserved youth by providing the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.

Be the reason someone stays in school today.” At the International Humanity Foundation (IHF) our Online Global Leaders & Directors (GLDs) volunteer their time and skills to keep programmes running while building their own leadership capacity. Through this approach they: ✅ Learn to lead and coordinate virtual teams across cultures and time zones ✅ Practice healthy communication and conflict resolution ✅ Gain hands-on experience managing and guiding IHF’s online teams across multiple functions ✅ Train and mentor new volunteers while receiving coaching themselves ✅ Gain confidence in public speaking, interviewing and being interviewed ✅ Build global networks and cross-cultural understanding through collaboration with change-makers worldwide 💡 Why Support This? Scholarships provide the training, internet support, and mentorship that equip them to serve effectively and reach more communities. This month, we’re aiming to raise $12,000 to cover six months of Online GLD Scholarships. My Story (Mary-Blessing): Before joining the GLD program, I had passion but no structured pathway. Through rotating among different teams I’ve learned how an international non-profit works, developed leadership and technical skills, and gained confidence to manage projects and people.
