Healing Roots Outreach Collective brings naloxone, safer use supplies, wound care, peer support, and Indigenous-informed healing directly to unhoused and street-involved community members across King and Pierce Counties, Washington. The work is mobile, relational, and built around dignity rather than surveillance. We meet people where they are — in encampments, on the street, in the spaces where traditional systems routinely fail to reach.Founded in 2025 and IRS-recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity in November 2025 (EIN 39-3295288), HROC is peer-led: people with lived experience shape outreach, care, and trust-building. Our work centers Indigenous knowledge and intergenerational wisdom alongside practical, immediate harm-reduction services.Every dollar becomes a kit, a route, a moment that did not become a death.
