Dreams Over Dollars Foundation is an Austin, Texas nonprofit working where civic imagination meets institutional will.
We work through three interlocking disciplines (Research, Build, Mobilize) across five focus areas: civic infrastructure, education and opportunity, cultural authorship, public-interest research, and community impact.
Our published research spans housing policy, food security, Texas public school finance, prison reform, AI ethics, and urban systems, and is publicly available.
Under the Undercover Superheroes name, our work centers on young people: education, mentorship, and food access.
