About Collective Impact Labs

Collective Impact Labs (CIL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation founded in October 2024 by John F. Kim and Cameron Henrion to provide clear pathways for mission-driven ecosystems and organizations to collaborate through shared tools, models, frameworks, systems, and innovations.

Across the global faith and impact landscape, there is no shortage of passionate leaders, powerful ministries, and effective frontline programs. Yet a persistent gap remains: the lack of collaborative infrastructure that allows these efforts to work together through shared services, best practices, and mutual support. Too often, organizations are forced to operate in isolation—duplicating effort, competing for limited resources, and struggling to scale what works.

Collective Impact Labs exists to bridge that gap.

With John’s background in organizational empowerment and technology-based solutioning, and Cameron’s experience in alternative economic systems, operations, and financial oversight, CIL provides a foundation of innovation, coordination, and empowerment that strengthens entire ecosystems—not just individual organizations.

Rather than operating as a traditional grant-making organization alone, CIL focuses on building the connective tissue that allows donors, contributors, innovators, and organizations to move together with clarity, efficiency, and shared purpose.

Our Mission

Collective Impact Labs empowers mission-driven ecosystems to advance Kingdom impact by co-developing collaborative tools, systems, and resources, and by providing strategic support. Our mission is to foster human flourishing and drive sustainable, transformative change grounded in Kingdom values.

We come alongside leaders working at the intersection of faith and impact—addressing challenges such as poverty, broken systems, economic injustice, and community fragmentation—through values-driven strategies rooted in justice, redemptive stewardship, and restoration.

How We Achieve Impact

CIL advances its mission by building and stewarding shared infrastructure that serves multiple organizations at once. This includes:

Collaborative Platforms & Systems – Tools that allow organizations, contributors, and donors to coordinate efforts, share resources, and align strategies across ecosystems.
Alternative Economic & Capital Models – New approaches to stewardship, value exchange, and sustainable funding that reduce dependency on fragile, short-term funding cycles.
Human Capital & Volunteer Infrastructure – Pathways for skilled contributors to support organizations through structured, mission-aligned engagement.
Measurement & Accountability Tooling – Systems that help organizations measure impact, improve outcomes, and increase transparency with supporters.
Ecosystem Strategy & Capacity Building – Hands-on support to strengthen leadership, operations, and collaboration across regional and global initiatives.

Rather than prescribing one solution for every context, CIL works alongside ecosystem leaders to adapt tools and systems to local realities, cultural needs, and long-term sustainability goals.

What Your Donation Supports

Your generosity directly enables Collective Impact Labs to:

• Develop and maintain shared collaboration platforms used by multiple organizations
• Support mission-aligned economic and operational models in real-world pilot environments
• Equip leaders with systems that reduce overhead and increase effectiveness
• Expand access to human capital for under-resourced organizations
• Strengthen collaborative ecosystems that generate lasting, community-level transformation

Every gift helps multiply the impact of frontline work by ensuring the systems behind that work are strong, ethical, transparent, and aligned with Kingdom values.

Rather than funding a single program in isolation, your donation helps build infrastructure that supports many programs, many leaders, and many communities at once.

Why This Matters Now

Faith-driven innovation is accelerating across the globe—but without shared frameworks, much of its potential remains fragmented. The future of sustainable impact depends not only on passionate vision, but on the systems that allow that vision to scale with integrity.

Collective Impact Labs exists for this moment: to ensure that mission-driven initiatives are not limited by broken funding models, isolated operations, or lack of shared tools.

We believe that when ecosystems are properly supported, leaders thrive, communities stabilize, economic dignity increases, and faith-rooted transformation becomes durable rather than temporary.

Our Commitment to Stewardship

CIL is built on principles of transparency, accountability, and redemptive stewardship. We are committed to:

• Responsible financial oversight
• Clear impact reporting
• Ethical ecosystem partnerships
• Sustainable, non-extractive economic models
• Long-term solutions over short-term relief

We view every donation not only as a financial contribution, but as an act of trust and shared mission. That trust shapes how we govern, design, and deploy every system we build.

An Invitation to Partner

Your support makes it possible for Collective Impact Labs to continue building the collaborative infrastructure that many organizations need but few are equipped to build alone. Together, we can strengthen ecosystems, accelerate innovation, and cultivate lasting Kingdom impact that benefits communities for generations.
