Our comprehensive approach, known as Childhood to Livelihood, guides individuals from a childhood fraught with challenges to a life enriched with meaningful livelihoods. We engage with the ecosystems of young people, including parents, peers, community members, and local institutions, to establish a robust support network for them. This is achieved through two key programmes: the Adolescent Programme and the Livelihood Programme.
- Adolescent Programme – The programme caters to children from 12 years to 18 years of age, equipping them with life skills to achieve school, life and work outcomes.
- Livelihood Programme – The programme caters to young people from 18 years to 25 years of age, enabling them with transferable life and employability skills and secure sustainable jobs and aspirational salaries.
- Entrepreneurship Development Programme - To empower women aged 25 years above in peri-urban and rural areas, we offer entrepreneurship development programme to skill underserved women as entrepreneurs. We impart leadership and business skills to enable financial independence.
Female Labour Force Participation (FLFPR)
To contribute to national economic growth by boosting women's participation in the labour force, we place special emphasis on female involvement in all our programmes. This effort has resulted in achieving a participation rate of 52% on girl child and 60% among women.
