Womafreesm (The World Organization of Women Nations Womafreesm) is an international nonprofit organization and a U.S. 501(c)(3) Public Charity. It builds a global infrastructure for women’s influence, turning women’s lived experiences into evidence, research, legal pathways, institutional standards, and systemic change.

Our mission is to build systems in which women’s realities are accurately represented, measured, and taken into account in decisions that shape their economic opportunities, professional lives, rights, visibility, safety, and participation in society.

Womafreesm works by connecting women’s lived experiences with research, data, public policy, legal mechanisms, institutional standards, and international cooperation. We bring together women, civil society organizations, researchers, universities, experts, companies, and institutions to identify systemic patterns, measure them, and translate evidence into practical frameworks for change.

A central part of our work is independent international research. Current research examines the systematic misclassification and undervaluation of women aged 45–64 in marketing, recruitment, and artificial intelligence systems. The study is designed as a cross-country comparative audit combining AI analysis, market content analysis, recruitment data, and expert validation. Its purpose is to develop measurable indicators that can help organizations identify and correct age-gender bias in systems that influence hiring, market visibility, authority, and access to opportunities.

Womafreesm is also developing the Women’s Life-Cycle Economy Index, a global research framework designed to measure how economic and institutional systems account for women across different stages of life. The wider goal is to create comparable evidence that can support better public policy, institutional standards, corporate practices, and international decision-making.

Our work also includes the Equal Consideration Standard and public-policy initiatives that translate evidence into practical mechanisms for institutional change. Through this model, women’s experiences move from isolated individual stories into structured evidence that can be examined, compared, published, and used in decision-making.

Donations to Womafreesm help fund the infrastructure required to do this work. Contributions can support research design, data collection and analysis, cross-country participation, translation and multilingual access, expert involvement, public reports and policy briefs, development of practical audit and institutional frameworks, international partnerships, and dissemination of findings to organizations and decision-makers.

A donation therefore supports more than awareness. It helps build the evidence and institutional tools needed to change how women are represented, evaluated, and taken into account in systems that influence real lives.

Womafreesm was registered in the United States in 2025 and is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) Public Charity.
