Our mission Founded in 2016, WeThinkCode is committed to sourcing unemployed youth from underserved communities, providing them 16 months of world class training in software development and placing them into full time employment as junior software engineers on graduation. We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to fulfill their potential and reach for a better life, for themselves, their families and their communities. We make this possible for hundreds of young people through the generous contributions of our donors. With your help, we are providing young South Africans equal access to higher education and the chance to participate in the formal economy; opportunities which would not be possible without this intervention. Over 65 companies hire our graduates. How your contribution can change a life All contributions to WeThinkCode are invested directly into: Training young people to become full stack software developers
