I support PAWS because the Philippines is still largely a breed & buy culture when it comes to pets. So many homes could be graced with the gift of a saved life once these animals are rehabilitated.


In celebration of JL Gaspar’s birthday, we are launching a crowdfunding campaign in support of the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).

JL’s love for his dogs has always been evident, and what better way to honor his special day than by supporting something close to his heart—caring for and protecting fur babies in need.

As PARppies who stand by him with loyalty and love, we walk hand in hand with JL not only in moments of celebration, but also in leaving footprints in meaningful causes like this.

Help Prevent Animal Cruelty - A Campaign by PARppies 

The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a volunteer-based, non-government organization whose goal is to prevent animal cruelty through education, animal sheltering and advocacy, based in Quezon City, Philippines.

PAWS also runs an animal shelter for over 300 cats and dogs rescued from cruelty or neglect. There, animals are rehabilitated in the hope of finding them new homes and a second chance at a good life.



There is also a low-cost clinic that provides veterinary services to the indigent community, including spay and neuter (kapon).

From November 8-10 Super Typhoon Uwan devastated Aurora Province bringing catastrophic winds, floods, and storm surges. Just days earlier, Typhoon Tino hit the south after 2 other storms in September. With all these back-to-back disasters, many people were forced to flee their homes and we're trying to help out.
