The Mona Pants Foundation raises funds through its Brick & Mortar Shop, Mona Pants Mintage, and weekly auctions. With these resources, we provide K9 officers with bulletproof protective vests, supply first responders with pet oxygen mask kits, award $500 grants to animal rescues each week, and host regular auctions to support rescue groups. We also contribute to animal sanctuaries and vegan refuges.

We've proudly donated to and partnered with organizations such as Laila's Legacy & Hope Refuge, Perfectly Imperfect Pups, The Pip Squeakery, Black Tie Boston Terrier Rescue, Pet Food Pantry of NC, Pawfect Match Rescue & Rehab, and many more.

Mona Pants Foundation

The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a volunteer-based, non-government organization whose goal is to prevent animal cruelty through education, animal sheltering and advocacy, based in Quezon City, Philippines.

PAWS also runs an animal shelter for over 300 cats and dogs rescued from cruelty or neglect. There, animals are rehabilitated in the hope of finding them new homes and a second chance at a good life.



There is also a low-cost clinic that provides veterinary services to the indigent community, including spay and neuter (kapon).

Rogue Valley Street Dogs (formerly known as Street Dog Project) was founded in 2013. We first operated as a program of Friends of the Animal Shelter in Jackson County, Oregon. In 2021, Street Dog Project was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are a community service public charity that focuses on improving the quality of life of pets affected by homelessness and poverty.

Our primary mission is to provide free spay/neuter services for animals of the unhoused and no/very low income in order to improve the lives of animals and prevent overpopulation.

To establish trust and improve the quality of life for dogs and cats, we provide limited high-quality food, collars, leashes, harnesses, coats, and other items to help pets in need. We also provide vouchers for low-cost vaccine clinics and help with flea/tick/worm medications and veterinary care when able.

As we continue to make spay and neuter our priority, we believe that a holistic approach with an educational platform to provide long-term, meaningful help will improve the lives of dogs and cats and prevent more animals from entering shelters, being euthanized, or leading a life of suffering.

We strongly believe in collaboration and work closely with partners who serve the unhoused communities and animals in Southern Oregon. We provide food and gear and host outreach events where we distribute donations and work with people to spay and neuter their pets.

dogs in good health with wonderful personalities are euthanized. Why? Because they're older, and not considered adoptable. A dog is brought in because he can't jog with his guardian anymore. Or he needs a little time to get up the stairs. Or he’s simply not a puppy. In some cases, dogs are moved from loving homes to concrete cages because their guardians have died or simply can't care for them anymore.

We reach out to senior dogs at risk, give them the care they need, and find them loving forever homes. If we had our way, no dog would spend their last days in a shelter. There is so much love and joy in these dogs!

Soi Dog Foundation (Soi Dog) was established in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand, to help the street dogs and cats who had no-one else to care for them. Over 70,000 strays roamed the island, with the numbers growing alarmingly due to a lack of spay and neuter programmes to control the population. Soi Dog was created to provide a humane and sustainable solution to managing the stray population and to address their medical needs. Funding then, as it does now, came entirely from individuals who shared, and continue to share, the vision of our founders.

NorCal Sheltie Rescue, Inc., a 501c(3) not-for-profit corporation, is an affiliate of the   American Shetland Sheepdog Association sponsored National Sheltie Rescue Network and is organized and run from the Sacramento area of Northern California. We serve Northern California from the Oregon border to Bakersfield, including the Bay Area and Central Coast.  We are an all-volunteer group made up of a network of Sheltie experts, adopters, foster homes, trainers, breeders, and Sheltie owners from all around Northern California. We do not have a central facility; our geographically diverse volunteer network locates, rescues, transports, fosters, evaluates, trains, and rehomes individual shelties on case-by-case basis. No volunteer receives any salary or financial benefit of any kind from NorCal Sheltie Rescue.  Operating costs are entirely funded by donations.

This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the   private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes. The specific and primary purposed for which this corporation is formed are to provide prevention, information, education, and other charitable purposes against the cruelty to animals; contribute financial assistance to other similar organizations with similar purposes; be actively involved in the rescue, rehabilitation and placement for adoption of Shetland Sheepdogs (Shelties.)

We take in and place homeless Shelties in approved homes. We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome Shelties who have lost their homes for a variety of reasons. Rescue Shelties are first placed in volunteer foster homes to prepare them for adoption. Foster care includes vet exams, vaccinations, any necessary treatment, regular exercise, and temperament evaluation. Shelties are spayed or neutered prior to placement. NorCal Sheltie Rescue, Inc. screens and approves all applications prior to placing a rescue dog in a permanent home. Once the dog is placed, follow-ups are done to ensure that the match is successful for both the dog and the adopter.

Shelties are smart and sensitive, capable of performing in obedience, agility, herding, pet assisted therapy, conformation, fly-ball, tracking, and carting. They are eager learners whose only goal in life is to please their owners. They make wonderful  companions for those who don't mind their dense fur, which sheds and requires regular grooming, and their tendency to vocally comment on what's going on around them.  If you have a Sheltie you can no longer keep for any reason, please contact us. We will bring your Sheltie into foster care until a suitable home can be found.

We welcome any kind of support from $5 to five minutes of somebody’s time, to material goods, corporate support, grants and estate legacies.  All financial donations are used to support veterinary expenses and other costs incurred caring for rescue Shelties. Some could not afford veterinary bills because their pet was ill, others had lost a job or a spouse and could no longer provide basic care and food.

Second Chance has 4 Community Veterinary Hospitals providing access to affordable veterinary care to underserved communities and bringing services directly to pets in the community through the Homebound to the Rescue program and local vaccine clinics. Our pet food pantry program distributes pet food to local food pantries so no pet goes hungry.

No Kill Colorado is an 501c3 organization working to improve the Animal Shelter system in Colorado. Money doesn't save lives - people do.  But money makes it a heck of a lot easier to reach people.

Promoting adoption and fostering is a major program we campaign for throughout the year.  We successfully have helped organizations get hundreds of animals home from our Home for the Holdiays cmapign every year.

Pasadena Humane is more than an animal shelter; we are a community-supported animal resource center providing compassion and care for all animals. Since 1903, Pasadena Humane has offered lifesaving programs and services for animals and the people who love them in the Greater Los Angeles Area. At our Pasadena campus, we provide shelter, dedicated care and new beginnings for thousands of our community’s most vulnerable animals every year. In addition to pet adoptions and foster, we focus on programs and services aimed at helping people care for and keep their pets, such as free and low-cost spay/neuter and vaccines, a pet food pantry, and an animal support call center. Our mission is to end the human/street dog conflict by creating a humane and sustainable environment for animals with direct benefits to the people of Dharamsala, India.
What do we do?
We provide several key programs to achieve our goals: spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, rescue and adoption, street animal feeding, and community education for rabies safety and compassion.
We are a small but mighty NGO located in the rural village of Rakkar on the outskirts of Dharamshala. We currently have a staff of 14: 1 vet (1 to be hired), an NGO Director, vet assistants, catchers, and office staff. 


DAR focuses on five main programs designed to effectively achieve our mission and goals: 

ABC/AR (Animal Birth Control/Anti-rabies)  - This program is a systematic approach to creating a rabies-free environment and controlling the population of strays humanely, following the ICAM (International Campaign Animal Management coalition). 

Street Animal Rescue – This program provides an optimal environment for any small animal needing 24/7 care due to accidents, disease, cruelty, or abandonment. 

Street Animal Feeding - During India’s first lockdown due to Covid 19 in April of 2020, the animals living on the street lost their food sources: restaurant leftovers, garbage bins, and leftovers/scraps provided by shops and businesses. DAR convinced the local government to get special passes to groups of people who wanted to feed the dogs and other animals so they did not starve. One family in particular stepped up and today feeds 250 animals per day. As of April 2021, DAR provides the funds needed for food each month. Feeders are a crucial part of our community work. The more humans out there feeding and being kind to street dogs, the easier it is for us to catch dogs for sterilisation, vaccination, and rescue. When the community is daily feeding dogs and animals the suffering is decreased and a bond is formed. 

Humane Education and Community Outreach – Our school program, “Animal Buddies,” teaches young children how to be kind to stray dogs even if they are scared of them. It also teaches kids and teachers what to do if they get bit by an unknown dog, so that they are safe from rabies. This program has been on hold due to schools closed because of Covid. 

Adoption – We encourage local adoption but all potential families must go through an application process, approval, and follow up. 



Dharamsala Animal Rescue

Archangel Sanctuary Foundation provides care for dogs unadoptable due to medical conditions, disorders or physical injuries.  

Archangel Sanctuary Foundation (ASF) was founded in 2017 by Michael and Stacy LaMotta to house, nurture and provide veterinary care for those dogs labeled “unadoptable”, due to severe medical conditions, disorders, or disforming physical injuries.  The mission of ASF is to provide loving and nurturing end of life care for their last days of life. We accomplish this through rescue and rehabilitation.

ASF accepts only those dogs that are at their medical worst, with no hope for recovery, and ultimately would be euthanized. ASF works with shelters in Oklahoma and the surrounding states rescuing those dogs in most dire need. Many times, we are able provide more thorough medical care than most of the shelters. Most of our rescues have incurable diseases, broken bones or missing limbs, blind and/or deaf.

Sanctuary Hostel and Animal Rescue is an innovative 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to reduce stray animals on the streets. We achieve our mission by combining an Animal Rescue with:
*Eco-Hostel, to raise awareness of the problem and financially support the nonprofit
*Community Garden, to have a shared space that can provide for the community
*Education Program, to provide free classes on animal communication, training, and sustainability

Our founder has purchased the plot of land in Rosarito for our pilot location, and we have just completed the architecture designs for our facility. Your donation will help us acquire permits and set the date for when we can break ground to build the shelter, hostel, and garden.

The Problem:
Roughly 70% of Mexico’s 18 million dogs are abandoned and become strays, making it the worst country for pet abandonment in Latin America. Animals are treated more like property than pets, and they are often mistreated whether living in a home or on the street. Most attempts to rescue animals often act only as a Band-Aid, not addressing the root of this problem. Additionally, many animal rescue operations close due to a lack of long-term ongoing donations, returning animals back onto the street.

Our Solution: 
Our innovative solution is to tackle the stray animal problem at the source. We will do this by:
1. Encouraging animal compassion in young kids and surrounding communities, to prevent animal abuse and shift the culture to see animals as beings deserving of our help and love
2, Training people to better communicate with animals for a happier co-existence, to prevent animal abandonment
3. Setting up an environmentally friendly hostel and community garden to help fund the rescue, provide positive exposure for animals and people, facilitate adoptions, and offer free educational classes.

Helen Woodward Animal Center's passionate belief that animals help people and people help animals through trust, unconditional love, and respect, creates a legacy of caring.  Sharing this philosophy with others, the Center inspires and teaches, locally and globally, the importance of the animal-human bond.

Helen Woodward Animal Center was founded as the San Dieguito Animal Care and Education Center in 1972 with its primary focus on pet adoption and humane education.  In 1986 the Center was renamed after its founder, Helen Woodward, and program offerings were expanded to include Pet Encounter Therapy, Therapeutic Riding, and AniMeals. These programs helped further our goal of serving as a place where “people help animals, and animals help people” by bringing people and animals together for the mutual benefit of both.  In 2017, the Center added Pets Without Walls to provide no-cost vet care to the pets of the homeless population in San Diego. Since then, we have added additional services including a top-rated boarding facility, a state-of-the-art equine hospital, an affordable small animal hospital for the public, and a designer resale store.

Mission Statement
Feeding Pets of the Homeless® believes in the healing power of companion pets and of the human/animal bond, which is very important in the lives of many homeless. They find solace, protection and companionship through their pets. They care for their pets on limited resources so they themselves have less. Our task, nationwide, is to feed and provide basic emergency veterinary care to their pets and thus relieve the anguish and anxiety of the homeless who cannot provide for their pets.

History
Several years ago, our founder, Genevieve, and her husband visited New York City. They saw a homeless man with his beautiful healthy, mixed breed dog at his side. He wasn’t panhandling. She had always ignored the homeless but this time, something was different. She couldn’t get that dog out of her mind.

She tried to imagine what brought the man to be homeless. Was it drugs, alcoholism? That’s the conclusion most people make about the homeless. This man didn’t look like an addict, and she wondered why and how he got to where he was in life. And, what about his dog? It was obvious the dog was devoted to the man. He was not on a leash and could have run away at any time. She was confused about why anyone homeless, who could barely feed or take care of themselves, would even consider having a pet.

When she returned home, she researched the homeless with pets and came across the “National Coalition for the Homeless.” At the time, their estimates indicated that 3.5 million people in America were homeless and that between 5%-10% of homeless have dogs and/or cats. In some areas of the country, the rate is as high as 25%. Most people who experience homelessness are homeless for a short period and usually need help to find housing or a rent subsidy. Unfortunately for those with pets, it becomes more difficult, and many homeless are forced to choose between their pet and a roof over their head. Surprisingly, most choose to stay on the streets with their pets. Why? The answer became evident to Genevieve. Their pets are nonjudgmental; provide comfort and an emotional bond of loyalty. In some cases, they provide the homeless with protection and keep them warm.

Genevieve’s family has almost always had dogs and cats, which made her wonder, what would she do if faced with homelessness? Could she give up her pets? It felt equal to giving up her children. While they would possibly be better off emotionally, it would be a devastating decision to make because of the comfort and unconditional love they give.

It was one of those “ah-ha” moments when she realized that she could do something for those pets. And so began Feeding Pets of the Homeless®. 

Donors have told us over the years that they feel such compassion for the pets of the homeless but were afraid to approach due to safety concerns and welcomed the opportunity our organization give for a safe and easy way to help. 

That one day in New York changed Genevieve’s life. It created a passion she did not know she held that utilized her past education, life experiences, and careers to start this unique nonprofit. Each day, she looks forward to knowing that Feeding Pets of the Homeless® is providing pet food and veterinary care to the hundreds of thousands of pets that wander the streets with their owners. And she looks forward to each day knowing that we can assist the calls from the homeless or about to be homeless.

The homeless with pets are often desperate to find a shelter to go to that will allow their pets. They seek help to find an agency that will give them pet food. They are frantic to find emergency veterinary care for injuries or illnesses.

My Dog Is My Home's mission is to increase access to shelter and housing for people experiencing homelessness with animals.

My Dog Is My Home is a national nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to shelter and housing for people experiencing homelessness with companion animals. By securing their ability to maintain their most important relationships and find adequate shelter, we ensure every family’s right to build a home.

We assist service providers like homeless shelters in expanding their programming to allow humans and their companion animals to remain together. My Dog Is My Home’s programs currently fall into three categories: storytelling, community building, and technical assistance.

STORYTELLING
Storytelling is at the foundation of our work. We believe that people who are impacted by the problem are necessarily close to the solution. My Dog Is My Home provides a platform for people with actual lived experience of homelessness and animal companionship to share in their own words how co-sheltering people and animals together contributes to ending homelessness. Through exhibitions, speaking events, and video or narrated images, we are able to educate members of the public, program administrators, and policymakers about preserving the human-animal bond in circumstances of homelessness.

COMMUNITY BUILDING
We believe in the mantra that we are “stronger together.” My Dog Is My Home holds space for members of the homeless services and animal welfare communities to come together to connect, learn from one another, and solve mutual problems. Most notably, our community building efforts have created two related but distinct stakeholder watering holes: 

1) Annual Co-Sheltering Conference
Since 2021, My Dog Is My Home’s annual conference has drawn 400-500 people together from across disciplines to hear from homeless shelter programs about co-
sheltering models in practice, latest research in homelessness and animal companionship, and relevant policy efforts across the US and globally.

2) Co-Sheltering Collaborative
The Co-Sheltering Collaborative is a peer-to-peer learning network with membership that
spans across animal welfare and homeless services. This Collaborative meets as a large group on a quarterly basis to exchange resources, troubleshoot, and hear presentations from members on the progress of their work. In between large group meetings, working groups meet to produce deliverables that work towards collectively developed goals. The Collaborative also provides a sustained community for attendees of the annual conference.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
My Dog Is My Home also works with homeless shelters that need more hands-on assistance with developing or implementing co-sheltering. We provide customized training, consultation on policies, and resource coordination to ensure a successful co-sheltering program.

"It's ironic that I started out on theses very streets in the 80s and was apart of a documentary about homeless youth, now here I am 32 years later helping those living in homelessness on the very streets that I began on long ago.

Seattle Dogs started in 2014, helping one dog at a time, one paw  with one bag of dog food one paw at a time we handed out pet food. After working hard to have it all midway through our lives we spiraled down the windy road to nowhere fast and as the world we'd  built with unwavering love, dealing with hardships, forging our happily ever afters, having beautiful moments with our 3 young grankids, enjoying our dogs, it all came crashing down, were we really at rock bottom? With the reality of losing our home in our faces we began to navigate homelessness with our 4 dogs  

 we understood the obstacles, needs and necessities of these dogs and their humans. We had no idea when we started this that we would grow into who we are today. We look forward to learning and growing as we navigate our way thru the need of the animals and their humans

Diagnosed with stage 4 liver disease I am truly living that country song "live like you were dying" by Tim McGraw, while surrounded by love I battle my illness and push to keep Seattle Dogs going,we have to stay open, we must keep going, it's keeping me alive, with this I ask you to please donate!
