Thank you Maria and Family for caring and feeding the voiceless animals who depend on the kindness of others. Your generosity gives them comfort, hope, and a chance to survive.” ❤️🐾

The Philippines is one of the most biodiverse habitats on our planet.

I am a mom to three wonderful children and three beloved dogs. I also work full-time as a nurse. My family is fortunate to be healthy, to have a comfortable home, and to enjoy stable employment here in the United States. For these blessings, I am truly grateful.

At the same time, whenever I see our dogs, I can't help but think about the countless stray animals that don't have the same love, safety, and care. I often feel that I could do more to help, even though life is already very busy.

I started by supporting my mother's small feeding program in the Philippines. Every afternoon, she places bowls of food outside her home for stray dogs and cats. I have also donated to independent rescuers and bloggers who dedicate their time and resources to saving abandoned animals.

Recently, I came across the PAWS website and immediately felt connected to its mission. As I explored the organization and learned more about its work, I discovered additional ways to help animals in need. While I can contribute financially, I also want to help raise awareness.

I know there are many people like me - people who care deeply about animals and want to make a difference but may not know where to start. Supporting organizations that rescue, rehabilitate, and protect animals is one meaningful way to help.

If you are someone who would like to make a difference, please consider donating to PAWS. Your support can help save and improve the lives of countless animals, including our beloved *aspins* (Asong Pinoy) and *puspins* (Pusang Pinoy).

Every act of kindness, no matter how small, can change a life.

Instead of wedding gifts, we're raising funds for PAWS, the Philippine Animal Welfare Society. PAWS rescues and cares for abandoned and abused dogs and cats across the Philippines, and its disaster response team has helped animals in Cebu after typhoons. Every donation helps provide food, shelter, and medical care. Thank you for celebrating with us!

Orlando & Cherry's Wedding: Give a Gift That Matters

The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a volunteer-based, non-government organization whose goal is to prevent animal cruelty through education, animal sheltering and advocacy, based in Quezon City, Philippines.

PAWS also runs an animal shelter for over 300 cats and dogs rescued from cruelty or neglect. There, animals are rehabilitated in the hope of finding them new homes and a second chance at a good life.

There is also a low-cost clinic that provides veterinary services to the indigent community, including spay and neuter (kapon).

From November 8-10 Super Typhoon Uwan devastated Aurora Province bringing catastrophic winds, floods, and storm surges. Just days earlier, Typhoon Tino hit the south after 2 other storms in September. With all these back-to-back disasters, many people were forced to flee their homes and we're trying to help out.

Vtamini, Cheekytweethart, and the vtuber community is raising funds to help aid those affected by the typhoons in the Philippines. Small donations go a long way and together we can make a difference! See what we're doing for the campaign on Twitter X: VtaminiVT
