We focus on the “zero to one” stage of the innovation process to identify and remove risks while developing a minimum viable product or service. As a small, entirely volunteer-run organization, our strategy is to get projects to the stage where they can be adopted by larger organizations with subject matter expertise. Our team has extensive experience doing similar work in the for-profit and non-profit sectors as product managers at Google as well as at leading conservation organizations and foundations.
We advance philanthropic and market-based projects that bring people and nature together because that’s what’s necessary for humanity to thrive in the face of climate change and population growth. We promote regenerative businesses and activities, because it’s not enough to just be “sustainable” any more. We envision joyful inclusive societies, robust healthy food systems, resilient biodiverse ecosystems, and a planet that is even better for future generations than it is today.
Our current projects focus on a few areas of work, including:
1) Rescuing and supporting girls in Kenya who are at risk of, or have been the victims of, sexual and gender-based violence.
2) Wildlife conservation in Africa.
3) "Project Managers Without Borders". We help new nonprofit organizations and projects get started, much like how venture-backed startups often need help in the early stages before they can hire a full team.
