Pathwaves Board Collective Power Campaign 2025

Collective Power Giving Campaign: Investing in Leaders for Systems Change At Pathwaves, we envision an early childhood system that meets the needs of all children and communities. Today’s systems are not delivering the equitable outcomes our communities deserve, and we know that representation in decision-making roles is essential for lasting change. We launched our Fellowship to equip and connect BIPOC leaders to transform early childhood policy and practice across Washington. Our Fellows are navigating early childhood systems facing significant political challenges. Pathwaves provides our Fellows coaching, community, and spaces for shared strategy so leaders of color can thrive within the strained systems. We know that when values-aligned leaders are equipped to lead with authenticity, vision and power, we can emerge closer to our shared vision: a childhood system where communities thrive. With your support we can expand this work to reach more leaders across the state. Together, we can grow the collective power of BIPOC leaders who are creating the future our children deserve. Give today and invest in leaders for systems change. All peer to peer and digital contributions will be matched up to $10,000.

I believe deeply in this work because I have seen how much stronger our communities become when those most impacted by the system are the ones leading the change.
