Our 25 acre refuge in Sierra County, New Mexico, offers opportunities for land stewardship, traditional and cultural knowledge exchange, and creative space for artists.
Through on-site storytelling events, community engagement, and grassroots fundraising efforts, we assess and address local areas of immediate and long-term need. As a nexus point for value aligned organizations, we offer a bridge to becoming better stewards of Mother Earth, and to each other.
Our mission is deeply rooted in works of rematriation, decolonization, decommodification of land, and in fostering equitable and inclusive community. We offer educational resources and inspiration that illustrate how everyday people become response-able to their environments.
