At Laboratoria, we uplift women from low-income backgrounds to gain the confidence, skills and connections to access quality jobs and thrive in the AI era.
After 12 years of incredible impact as a coding bootcamp through which we trained over 10,000 women, placed 73% of them in quality jobs in Latin America’s major markets and saw 3x increase in their income, we have recently pivoted to a model more focused on personal and group career coaching to unleash women’s economic potential. We evolved strategically in response to AI’s impact on the labor market, are seeing impressive results from our new model and plan to scale significantly in the coming years.
