Founded in 2014 by Luiza Serpa, Phi is a strategic platform for social investment committed to advancing a more equitable and inclusive society, rooted in truth, solidarity, and humanity. With a personalized, transparent, and results-driven approach, Phi supports individuals, families, and corporations in structuring their philanthropic strategies with professionalism, rigor, and purpose—maximizing both social impact and donor engagement.

Operating throughout Brazil, with offices in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo—regions marked by both economic dynamism and deep social disparities—Phi’s work is guided by the core values of efficiency, empathy, commitment, and transparency. Its operations are grounded in evidence-based practices and oriented toward measurable and sustainable results.

Since origin, Phi has:

  • Mobilized R$ 258 million
  • Supported 2,334 projects
  • Positively impacted +4 million lives

We work across key sectors especially in historically underserved communities:

  • Education
  • Health
  • Income Generation
  • Housing
  • Culture
  • and more...

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Phi distinguished itself as a key player in Brazil’s humanitarian response. In 2020 alone, the organization raised more than US$ 15 million to provide urgent support for food security, healthcare, and economic relief, in collaboration with strategic donors and civil society actors. The initiative was nationally recognized with the Folha Social Entrepreneur Award in the Humanitarian Aid category. In 2021, Phi continued its efforts, raising an additional US$ 4 million and distributing hundreds of tons of essential supplies to the most affected populations.

Today, Phi continues to expand its reach by forging long-term partnerships with philanthropic investors, foundations, corporations, and international funders. In addition to managing a robust portfolio of ongoing initiatives, the organization co-creates and implements high-impact programs in alliance with leading social organizations throughout the country.

Looking ahead, Phi remains deeply committed to mobilizing resources and advancing targeted, systemic solutions to Brazil’s most pressing social challenges.

Phi invites mission-aligned partners to join this journey—to reduce inequality, strengthen civil society, and foster meaningful connections across diverse realities, guided always by coherence, integrity, and a shared commitment to transformation.

Dentist for Good: Rescuing Smiles, Building Futures

About  "Turma do Bem"  "Turma do Bem" has already transformed the lives of more than 90 thousand people in situations of social vulnerability — the NGO offers free dental care to low-income populations with severe oral problems, focusing on two main groups: youths aged 11 to 17 and women victims of gender violence who had their teeth affected by the aggression. Behind these stories is the world's largest voluntary dentistry program, powered by a network of more than 18,000 dentists in 12 countries. They offer free dental care to those who need it most, restoring health, self-esteem, and new life perspectives. National Context – The Urgency for Intervention (Source: IBGE - 2023) It is against this reality that the "Dentista do Bem" program fights. The data shows the severity of neglect in Brazilian oral health: 11% of 12-year-olds have never been to the dentist, starting adulthood with a health deficit. 44% of youth aged 15 to 19 need urgent treatment for untreated cavities. The lack of intervention results in 14 million Brazilians who have lost all their teeth and 34 million with severe losses in adulthood – a cycle that the Dentista do Bem program aims to break. Dentist For Good ("Dentista do Bem") Program Turma do Bem does not just offer treatment, but an Assistance Program that changes the life trajectory of young people: The program prioritizes vulnerable youth between 11 and 17 years old , especially the oldest and poorest. By ensuring complete treatment until age 18 , we are directly investing in their access to their first job with health and self-esteem. The dentists' volunteering in their own offices allows for curative, preventive, and educational treatment, including high-cost procedures such as orthodontics and prosthetics , which transform lives and restore dignity. Treatment is supported by a multidisciplinary team (social workers, psychologists, dentists) and a Service Center . This monitoring ensures the young person's attendance, service quality, and the program's success. Be the force that keeps the Dentist for Good fully operational. DONATE NOW!
