Plans for the Future
Expand our reach: To enhance our reach and the effectiveness of our projects, we will actively seek out new partnerships with government agencies and corporate entities, just as we have done with the Uttarakhand government with Abhuday project and the HCL Foundation for Sampushti project.
Foster innovation: To address the evolving needs of our beneficiaries and stay relevant, we will incubate and support innovative projects. We will incubate and support innovative projects that address the most pressing development challenges in line with the priority of our donors and partners. We will provide these projects with access to our resources, expertise and networks and hope to develop new solutions and services, particularly on the subject of environment and climate change.
Empower communities: Build local capacity and ownership to ensure the long-term sustainability of our programs. We will also explore other sustainability models such as social enterprise and impact investing.
Take projects to scale: We will aim to strengthen some of our nascent projects by using evidence-based approaches and involving communities in the planning and implementation process. This will include gathering feedback from beneficiaries, monitoring outcomes, and adapting to changing circumstances and then take our projects to scale with funding support new and existing partners.
