Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program (BSLS)Â is a national mentoring organization with a broad operational footprint, empowering youth and women to challenge societal barriers and drive change through community, leadership, and mentorship. We focus on equipping youth and women with life skills, self-confidence, wellness tools, and career readiness to ensure they excel in all areas of life.
Operating across school campuses, communities, and workplaces, we create a supportive network where women and youth can grow and develop into strong, compassionate leaders. Our programs inspire members to make a lasting impact by solving world problems and driving positive change in their local and national communities.
Our Mission:Â To inspire and empower youth and women to excel intentionally in every endeavor.
We are committed To being a national leader in community impact, ensuring every young woman who joins BSLS receives the support and guidance needed to reach her highest potential and become a catalyst for change.
Why Your Support Matters:Â Your contribution helps us provide mentorship, skills training, and opportunities that foster leadership and social impact among young women, preparing them to overcome obstacles, equip them with career readiness that ensures success and reduce poverty and make a meaningful difference in the world.
Believe in their mission.
