Our mission is to transform Peru's entrepreneurial ecosystem through the incubation of sustainable companies that improve the economic, social, and environmental local conditions, while also serving as crucial agents in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Besides that our Belgian NGO (=VZW) was legally constituted in July 2023, we started in 2018 as a small social impact company founded by Sergio Casquero and Melanie Medina in Lima (Peru).
By 2019, we set in motion our 1st incubation program, a 5 month journey with 6 entrepreneurs from Madre de Dios and Cajamarca regions.
In 2020, we launched our 2nd incubation program with 14 entrepreneurs from Arequipa, Cajamarca, La Libertad and Lima regions (8 entrepreneurs graduated only due to pandemic).
By 2021, we introduced a new 3 months pre-incubation program in partnership with 180 Degrees Consulting PUCP with 8 entrepreneurs Lima & Cajamarca regions graduated.
In 2022, we carried out one pre-incubation program with a total of 11 entrepreneurs from Madre de Dios, Junin, Ayacucho, Ucayali & Arequipa.
For this year and in partnership with 180 DC PUCP and 180DC UL, we are conducting 2 more incubation programs with a participation of 21 entrepreneurs from Loreto, Huanuco, Cajamarca, Lima, Ica and Apurimac.

• 3-year Vision (TPSI’s roadmap to self-sustainability): Continued incubation services & developed TPSI as organization in terms of people & income: generated first income from own (side)activities, established local funding agreements & partnerships, expanded staff to support the above activities
• 10-year Dream (BHAG): (1) TPSI continues the core activity, providing free incubation services, while being financially independent, through: developing other business activities that generate income in support of incubation services, and establishing stable, local & long-term hybrid funding model (2) Open a “Sustainability Hub” in one of the remote regions: Traveler's center, offer meeting rooms & network events, Shop, Sustainable production floor, Markets
