Terawatt Times Foundation is an independent nonprofit research and educational organization advancing the global climate and energy transition through research, data, benchmarks, public knowledge, and open-access publishing.
Through Terawatt Times Institute, we study the systems shaping the transition, including electricity grids, industrial decarbonization, climate finance, global trade, artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, infrastructure, and governance. Our work includes CBAM Country Intelligence, the 3T Progress Index, Grid Constraint Intelligence, research on energy-transition bankability, and public-interest analysis of AI and energy systems.
We also develop public knowledge through Terawatt Times, interviews with researchers and practitioners, long-form publications, and the forthcoming Terawatt Times Review. Our goal is to build shared evidence and clear frameworks that help policymakers, industry, researchers, journalists, and the public understand complex problems, bridge differences in perspective, and make better decisions.
Donations support independent research, data development, open-access publishing, interviews, and new public knowledge projects across energy, climate, technology, industry, and governance.
