The mission of the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland (the Center) is to enrich the lives of the region’s diverse LGBTQ+ community through advocacy, support, education, and celebration. The Center is a community-led and equity-focused one-stop hub and sanctuary providing a broad array of services. The Center works to meet acute individual needs around health, education, and well-being while implementing systemic solutions. Work supports the social determinants of health that ultimately reduce harm and improve well-being in the LGBTQ+ community. Annually, programming touches around 1,600 individuals through direct service and another 18,000+ through education and outreach. Through this work, the Center strives to actualize its vision - that the LGBTQ+ community is embraced and celebrated as an integral part of the thriving Northeast Ohio region.
