Our mission is to protect LGBTQ+ youth in Poland from the harms of homelessness and refugeehood. 

The Warsaw House Foundation's mission is to protect homeless and refugee  LGBTQ+ youth in Poland and provide them with the tools they need to live independently. Our inspiration was the  Ali Forney Center  (AFC)  n NYC, which is largest organization in the world offering support to homeless LGBTQ+ youth. We are honored that Carl Siciliano, the AFC's founder is on the board of the Warsaw House Foundation and works as an advisor. We place extra attention on HIV and STI education, support and prevention with the help of board member Dr. Joanna Kubica and the Smart Life Clinic in Warsaw.  After we took in our first LGBTQ+ youth to house on February 14th, 2023  we have been flooded with calls for housing and support from young people in need.  These are Polish Trans 18 year-olds from the Polish countryside in desperate need to escape their abusive and intolerant homes, young queer people with PTSD and untreated mental illness who need housing and support immediately, LGBTQ+ refugees from Ukraine and several young gay men from Iraq who suffered torture in their homeland, were detained and imprisoned at the Polish/Belarussian border for up to two years, and are now trying to build their lives in Poland.  We are also housing and supporting young LGBTQ+ people from Uganda and Egypt,  We are raising money to support the young people under our care, to house and feed them and pay for their medical needs and courses needed for them to start an independent life,  We are also raising money to hire staff (all of WH's work is now done by volunteers), to continue the renovation of our residential building and for short term emergency rentals.  We have a committed and professional team and a well planned strategy for both emergency and long term care.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!! The InReach platform connects users to independently verified services, including safe housing, medical and mental health care, legal help, abortion care, meal assistance, education and employment opportunities, translation, community and spiritual support, and more. Available on web (desktop and mobile), native iOS, and Android, over 9,000 services across the U.S. are currently listed with new verified services added daily by trained volunteers.

Designed to meet intersectional community needs, InReach lists vetted service providers focused on LGBTQ+ asylum seekers/refugees/other immigrants, BIPOC communities, transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) folks, youth and caregivers, and more LGBTQ+ communities in need. The platform is free for everyone, including lawyers, case managers, teachers, community organizers and other providers searching for affirming referrals for LGBTQ+ clients.

The Other Foundation  is a community foundation that protects and advances the human rights, well being, and social inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex people in southern Africa. It gathers support for those who are doing this work and gives support in a smart way that helps groups to work better for lasting change.  Currently, our primary purpose is to expand resources available for defending and advancing the rights of LGBTI people in  Southern Africa . We do this by working both as a grant-maker and a fundraiser. As a grant-maker, we support change through others, rather than directly ourselves. So we provide direct support to partners, while facilitating the building and sharing of knowledge. As a fundraiser, we focus on raising resources from a wide range of potential givers – particularly from within the region. One of the ways we intend to do this is by supporting campaigns to build awareness and reinforce appreciation for LGBTI people to enjoy their rights within a broader human rights framework. At present, we are located in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The Queer & Allied Chamber of Commerce Africa (QACC Africa) was established to create an ecosystem that facilitates and promotes commercial relationships and widen supply-chains between queer owned and/or operated businesses, entrepreneurs and their allies, in nations throughout Africa. Although QACC Africa was formally registered in 2022, the underlying concept has been in existence since early 2021 when the three co-founders met and organised their first safe queer community event in Nairobi, Kenya. Our advocacy focuses on the principal of economic inclusion. To achieve its objectives, QACC Africa works closely with businesses, professional associations, multilateral business groups, and international, national, regional and community queer organisations. QACC Africa is the gateway for queer owned businesses and entrepreneurs throughout the continent to increase sales and strengthen business opportunities. Creating a strong network of queer and allied businesses and entrepreneurs, allows members to take their business further, finding opportunities with other queer entrepreneurs, businesses and potential investors. In time, QACC Africa will grow to be an incubator for queer start-ups and entrepreneurs to access both grants and investment. QACC Africa will establish a process and platform to certify queer owned and/or operated businesses, and those business allied to the community, that are truly inclusive. This will promote supply chain collaboration and procurement opportunities. Furthermore, QACC Africa will bring community members and allies together, and highlight the right resources for queer business owners, operators and entrepreneurs to be even more successful by providing professional capacity development through training, mentorship and the nurturing of talent. VISION: To facilitate a diverse and inclusive economy in Africa by establishing a dynamic and thriving commercial ecosystem for queer-owned and allied- operated businesses. MISSION: To promote and support the growth of queer-owned and/or operated businesses across Africa through training and capacity building, partnership formation, and networking in order to raise awareness about the impact of the queer economy and facilitate investment opportunities. OBJECTIVES: 1. To build and nurture queer and allied business trade, collaboration, procurement partnerships and supply chain corridors. 2. To strengthen queer owned and/or operated businesses and formalize queer entrepreneur's businesses. 3. PROBLEM STATEMENT:  It is hard to truly know the statistics of the queer community in countries throughout Africa, however we all understand that just because people (and their businesses) may not be overtly "out and proud", the LGBTQ+ population in various African countries, as a percentage of population, can be considered and compared to other nations where statistics are available. If we consider Canada, which has a population of 38 million, smaller than most African nations, Canada is home to over 100,000 LGBTQ+ owned businesses. These businesses generate over US$16 billion in economic activity and employ over 435,000 Canadians. Therefore it is safe to assume that untapped LGBTQ+ business in Africa is big business and can be a driving force for economic activism and driving change on the continent: the power of the Pink Coin (Shilling, Franc, Dollar, Rand, etc). Throughout Africa, LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs face barriers, including having to hide who they were in business dealings to avoid losing opportunities, and the potential for exploitation by competitors, clients, employees, and government bodies. There is a growing number of individuals, organisations and companies looking to build business together – one connection at a time. A community of LGBTQ+ businesses, and even diverse procurement practices, will help tip the scales. QACC Africa incorporates all of these positive forces, quietly advocating amongst community and allied members, to make a more inclusive African economy, whilst recognising the challenges of each country on the continent.

OutFront Minnesota Community Services is Minnesota's largest LGBTQ+ advocacy organization. 

For over 35 years, OutFront Minnesota has advocated for more inclusive LGBTQ+ laws and policies at the state legislature, built more inclusive school environments for LGBTQ+ youth, and provided a helpline and support to LGBTQ+ folks experiencing violence.

OutFront has fought for LGBTQ+ equity since 1987, and our accomplishments are many. In 1993 we led the campaign to pass the Minnesota Human Rights Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity; in 2013 we organized to pass marriage equality; and in 2014 we passed The Safe & Supportive Schools Act, one of the strongest anti-bullying laws in the country.

Even in just the past several years OutFront has made enormous strides in organizing our community members and propelling the movement forward for LGBTQ+ rights in Minnesota. With our support—and after ten years of organizing—Minnesota finally passed a law to ban the harmful practice of conversion therapy. We also helped pass a law to make Minnesota a transgender refuge state, solidifying Minnesota as a bastion of LGBTQ+ rights in the Midwest. On the local level, we also passed municipal policies to make Minnesota more inclusive, such as passing gender inclusion policies in some of our largest school districts.

This is in addition to our educational equity work that supports over 3,000 LGBTQ+ youth with the trainings, resources, and events needed to build safer and more inclusive schools. We also support over 300 victims/survivors with our anti-violence helpline, financial assistance, and advocacy every year.

Forbidden Colours collects and raises funds to support initiatives that help LGBTIQ+ people to fully live their lives in freedom with self-respect and dignity in Europe. They are also a leading advocate in exposing anti-LGBTIQ+ initiatives in Europe, and therefore conduct extensive advocacy with media, EU-institutions and member states. 

Forbidden Colours is a NPO linked to a fund managed by the King Baudouin Foundation, the major Belgian public benefit foundation, whose mission it is to contribute to a better society. 

We want all LGBTIQ+ persons to be able to get up every morning feeling it is okay to be who they are. We use our extensive network in the European institutions, and in several member states of the EU, to address the backlashes on LGBTIQ+ rights. With our media contacts across the world, we expose anti-LGBTIQ+ initiatives. By putting pressure through the media, we were able to put several cases higher on the political agenda.

The organization is considered as one of the most effective organizations to protect LGBTIQ+ rights on the European level. By closely monitoring the geopolitical forces behind state-sponsored anti-LGBTIQ+ campaigns, Forbidden Colours was able to expose several European governments for scapegoating the LGBTIQ+ community as a deception for their anti-democracy campaigns. 

They revealed cases such as the anti-LGBTIQ+ propaganda law in Hungary, an anti-LGBTIQ+ education reform in Poland and the needs of LGBTIQ+ persons fleeing Russia's war with Ukraine in the international media. With this, Forbidden Colours has gained the attention of the world media and has been featured in amongst others The Guardian, VICE & Sky News. The non-profit has led a campaign aiming to take down Hungary's infamous anti-LGBTIQ+ propaganda law. After 1,5 year of campaigning by Forbidden Colours, the Hungarian government was taken to the Court of Justice of the European Union. For the first time in the history of the EU, a member state was taken to court on the basis of violations of human dignity and human rights. Forbidden Colours was also able to convince the largest group of member states ever to intervene in a lawsuit against another member state.   

They also help organisations from all over the world to advocate more successfully at the European Union institutions and, for example, also works with local partners on the EU Global Human Rights Sanction Regime. Besides its political advocacy work, Forbidden Colours also works with the corporate world to create a more diverse, equal and inclusive workplace. They give trainings, keynotes and develop projects to raise awareness to the issues of the LGBTIQ+ community within the company. They also develop 'corporate social responsibility'-projects about LGBTIQ+ rights together with the corporate world. This helps companies to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

Let's stand up together for rights and wellbeing of LGBTIQ people

It is time to STOP the anti-LGBTIQ rhetoric in Eastern Europe.

Do you remember the joy you felt when the Supreme Court fulfilled your deepest dream and made marriage equality the law for all Americans? We wish to feel the same joy and happiness and fulfill the dreams of millions of LGBTIQ people in Eastern Europe. Instead we are victims of growing anti-LGBTIQ attacks, rhetorics and sentiment thanks to "Kremlin like" politicians who use us as scapegoats for their political victory.  However we can put STOP to this. We can give LGBTIQ people in this region HOPE. We can win marriage equality in the Czech Republic. If it is possible in the Czech Republic, it will be possible in other parts of this region.  To make that happen, in April 2017 we launched a national campaign to secure a 'Yes' to freedom to marry in the Czech Republic.  WHY CZECH REPUBLIC?  
 
 67% of Czechs  agree with marriage equality 
 
 210 000 people  signed a petition for marriage equality 
 
 82 businesses  support the campaign
 
 We lead a conversation on marriage equality in the Czech Parliament since 2018: 
 The Parliament started to discuss a bill in November 2018 and continued the discussion in March 2019. 
 
 On April 29th, 2021 the bill passed the first vote in the Parliament after 1052 days  and was sent for further discussion in its Committees. 
 
 2021 General elections scrub all this work and we needed to start from the beginning!  
 
 On June 8th 2022  the bill on marriage equality was presented to the Czech Parliament for the 2nd time and waits for its reading. 
 
 Despite the fact that the conservative opposition is though and fuelled by evangelical resources, the society is behind the change and we will win it!  
 
 WHAT WOULD VICTORY MEAN FOR THE REST OF THE REGION? 
 Hope to million of LGBTIQ people in the region that change is possible and reachable! 
 "A slap" in the face of conservatives who are using LGBTIQ people as scapegoats!

We help 2SLGBTQIA+ youth deal with distress through inclusive, innovative and unique Peer Support Chats that provide constant contact and anonymity in a safe youth-only community, breaking the isolation and shame cycles they are experiencing. Trained youth facilitate the confidential groups and participants help each other with prevalent mental health and social issues such as depression, isolation, anxiety, identity, discrimination, bullying, relationships, domestic violence, and body image.

Within the Supportive Group Chats:

- Youth in distress from all backgrounds and geographies have 24/7 access to peer support in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment.
- Members communicate anonymously as often as they wish via closed group chats - no one on one communication is possible
- They share daily life struggles, insights and accomplishments, encourage each other and provide non-judgmental feedback without fear of stigma, taboo or shame
- Groups are organized by age and primary discussion topic to keep the chats relevant and relatable
- Youth who need adult help are quickly identified and given resources to help them.

Research reveals that increased isolation is contributing to the rapid deterioration of mental health and wellbeing. It’s affecting youth way more than adults: Experiencing social isolation and loneliness [during adolescence/ childhood] increased the risk of depression up to 9 years later. \*

Some important statistics:

- 50% of LGBTQ youth age 13-17 seriously considered attempting suicide in the past year and 18% of them did attempt suicide:\*\*
- LGBTQ youth of color reported higher rates than their white peers: 12% of white youth attempted suicide compared to 21% of Native / Indigenous youth, 20% of Middle ------- Eastern / Northern African youth, 19% of Black youth, 17% of multiracial youth, 16% of Latinx youth, and 12% of Asian / Pacific Islander youth\*\*
- LGBTQ youth who had access to spaces that affirmed their sexual orientation and gender identity reported lower rates of attempting suicide \*\*
- 60% of LGBTQ youth who wanted mental health support in the past year were not able to access care, including nearly 3 in 5 transgender youth and more than 3 in 5 cisgender youth\*\*

In 2022, 87% of Give Us The Floor participants reported suffering from anxiety, 74% from loneliness, 73% from depression, 54% from self-harm and 59% had suicidal thoughts.

After only 1 month in the program:

- 91% of the participants reported that the group chat had helped with their struggles
- 79% say they are not sure or sure they couldn’t have gotten the help from somewhere else
- 84% reported that the group chat had helped them feel less lonely
- 79% reported that the group chat had improved the way they feel about themselves
- 99% of the participants reported that they feel that their group is a safe place
- 92% reported that they feel comfortable sharing their personal challenges

we.are.village in Berlin is creating new ways that queer communities can connect, transform and heal. For the last eight years, we have operated a unique space for queer masculinities and femininities, transgender, non-binary, genderfluid, intersex and other gender non-conforming people.


Our goal is to help queer people create and embrace healthier, better connected and purposeful lives. We do this by nourishing individual and collective growth through working with the body, mindfulness, artistic expression, consent and a range of self-empowering tools and strategies. In the process, we tackle loneliness, lack of self-esteem, intimacy and addiction issues, dealing with discrimination and other intersectional challenges that limit and impact queer lives.


We have created a diverse and continuously adapting program of weekly and monthly events, community evenings, weekend trips as well as art exhibitions, performances, salon discussions and offerings via our online platform.


Although it was never our focus, we  have become a model for other cities and countries. We regularly host visitors and participants from all over the world and have seen an increase in international interest from individuals, other organizations, activists, artists, politicians or other practitioners wanting to find out more about our innovative model and methodologies.

What we do
HRAPF has five major goals (outcome areas)

1. Sustained access to justice for marginalised persons and key populations
HRAPF champions equality and non-discrimination for marginalised persons and key populations by promoting and facilitating access to justice. A team of lawyers and a network of paralegals is always on standby to respond to emerging cases in order to redress violations that marginalised persons and key populations continue to face. We engage law enforcement agencies on violations of rights of our constituencies and document all violations and initiate interventions that seek to hold perpetrators of these violations accountable. We support the training and facilitation of community paralegals across the country and all our target constituencies to continue providing legal aid services through their structures.

2. Development of knowledge and jurisprudence for the promotion and protection of human rights of marginalised persons and Key Populations
We continue to be a key leader in the generation of knowledge on various dimensions of human rights of marginalised persons and key populations. Having merged some components of access to justice and research and advocacy, HRAPF is set to build a Centre for Law and Marginalisation to champion research and strategic litigation and provide robust legal solutions to violations of rights of marginalised groups and key populations.

3. Inclusive laws and policies promoting and protecting rights and the well-being of marginalised persons and key populations
We speak out and amplify the voices of marginalised persons and KPs in policy and legal development processes as well as challenge discriminatory practices and systemic and institutionalised marginalisation through advocacy and influencing strategies. We create, nurture, and or strengthen partnerships on the one hand with national bodies that are concerned with human rights. Through these partnerships, we will seek to influence the agenda on non-discrimination and equality at district, national, regional (East African and Continental) and international levels.

4. Transformed knowledge, skills and attitudes of marginalised persons and KPs and duty bearers leading to the promotion, respect and protection of the human rights of marginalised persons and Key populations
We consolidate all empowerment and capacity-building efforts through organising and conducting issue-based human rights training workshops and meetings targeting marginalised persons, key populations ((LGBTI persons; sex workers; women, girls and service providers in conflict with abortion laws; drug users; people living with HIV and; refugees) and duty bearers (police officers, media, judicial officers (specifically magistrates), parents, local leaders and health providers as well as state prosecutors and prison warders) to champion non - discrimination and reduce the marginalisation of key populations.

5. Strong and sustainable human rights organisation
HRAPF continues to strengthen its operational efficiency and financial independence buttressed by effective governance, sustainability, prudent risk management, internal development and a clear staffing structure that suits the organisation for sustainability, transparency, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency in delivering on our mandate.

Major Strategies
HRAPF’s five outcome areas are achieved through the following major strategies:

1)	Legal aid service provision: HRAPF facilitates access to justice in respect of violations of the rights of LGBTI persons and other marginalised persons and key Populations and health service providers through legal representation, mobile legal aid camps, alternative dispute resolution/mediation, community paralegals and documenting violations of the rights of marginalised persons and Key Populations.

2)	Advocacy and influencing: HRAPF challenges laws, policies, regulations, guidelines and practices that curtail and violate the rights of marginalised persons and Key Populations and proposes other possibilities. We also advocate for the integration of human rights in policies, laws, operational guidelines, frameworks and regulations and the application of constitutional values and principles and the rights-based approaches in the implementation of services. We do this through dialogues, public education, coalition building, and engaging with national, regional and international human rights spaces and mechanisms.

3)	Building and Strengthening Capacities: Using legal and human rights frameworks, HRAPF develops human rights awareness, promotion and advocacy capacities of CBO’s, NGOs and networks of marginalised persons and Key Populations groups and NGOs working on human rights issues. HRAPF also develops the capacities of duty bearers (including: political leaders, law and policy makers and implementers, law enforcement officers, judicial officers, local councils, families and communities and health service providers), prison warders on the rights of marginalised persons and Key Populations and their duties in the promotion and safeguarding these rights. We build capacities of rights holders, duty bearers, communities and key stakeholders to enable them pursue greater rights for marginalised persons and Key Populations. We do this through: training, tailor-made technical support, internships and mentorship, and legal awareness outreach sessions.

4)	Knowledge Development: HRAPF invests itself in expanding the pool of knowledge and encouraging debate through regularly undertaking legal analyses, simplifying and translating and disseminating knowledge resources such as: laws, policies and bills; position papers; human rights violations reports; research and baselines.

5)	Strategic Litigation: HRAPF challenges laws, practices and actions that violate the rights of marginalised persons and Key populations through the filing of cases before courts of law and tribunals. These are reinforced through research and documentation of human rights thereby enriching jurisprudence for the rights of a marginalised persons and key populations.

6)	Partnership Development: Nurturing and participating in strategic partnerships at the national, sub-regional, Pan African and global levels for the strengthening of the rights-based approaches and utilisation of legal and human rights mechanisms. This we do through coalitions and alliances, lobby meetings, engaging at regional and international human rights mechanisms and strategic interest litigation at national, EAC sub-regional and Pan-African regional levels.

7)	Programme Support: Building a sustainable organization that operates in an effective, efficient, professional and accountable manner. This we do through: prudent corporate governance; attracting and retaining a competent staff team; robust monitoring, evaluation and learning; resource mobilisation and risk management.

Human Rights Awareness and Promotion Forum

G4GC is a philanthropic organization with a mission to cultivate and mobilize resources in support of girls* of color. 



Grantmakers for Girls of Color (G4GC) is the primary national philanthropic intermediary exclusively committed to resourcing organizations and movements that center girls, femmes, and gender-expansive youth of Color. Since 2020, we have raised and awarded grants to 385 organizations in all fifty states, Guam, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.







Building from the operational intention to resource movements working to elevate justice for girls and femmes of color ages 25 and under in the U.S. and beyond, G4GC leads with the notion of understanding philanthropy through a lens of reciprocity, intersectionality, and cultural responsiveness. With an infrastructure that reflects our values, a culture of partnership, healing, reciprocity, and love.

The four signature initiatives include: 

Love is Healing Fund: Launched in 2020 to provide grants to organizations directly supporting girls of color in the wake of multiple pandemics, including the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding priorities include: preventative or responsive health strategies ; interventions to support institutionalized girls of color and survivors of gender-based violence; economic and educational response strategies explicitly focused on girls of color; multigenerational immigrant justice organizing, and power building through organizing, participatory research and advocacy to amplify the needs and experiences of girls of Color and their communities. This fund also resources strategies to protect the security of youth organizers working to dismantle systems of oppression.

Black Girl Freedom Fund & #1Billion4BlackGirls campaign: Launched via an open letter in Essence magazine, the #1Billion4BlackGirls campaign is a ten-year philanthropic initiative to invest $1 Billion in the braintrust, innovation, artistic vision, health, safety, education, research, and joy of all Black girls and their families. Each year, a different theme is chosen by the co-founders, and a group of Black Girls, femmes, and gender-expansive youth ages 12-25 are recruited into a paid 8-week participatory grantmaking process. The articulation of priorities for the fund, Black girls are not just “recipients” of resources, G4GC’s Black Girl Freedom Fund provides a platform for the development of transferable skills that will increase their capacity to stake claim in their own liberation. 

New Songs Rising Initiative: In partnership with Seventh Generation Fund for Indigenous People’s Thriving Women’s Program, this initiative expands opportunities for Indigenous girls through grantmaking, convening, and community building, and mentorship and peer support through an upcoming fellowship program. Specific emphasis on Indigenous cultural work. Funding priorities include: multi-generational healing and organizing amongst Indigenous girls and women; advancing the capacity of Indigenous girls and women to resist state and colonial violence and gender-based violence particularly impacting Indigenous girls and women; art, music, and poetry to advance healing, safety, visibility, and movement-building for Indigenous girls and women. 

Holding a Sister Initiative:  Launched in the fall of 2021 and in partnership with the Black Trans Fund, this initiative centers what we call “new world-building” work led by trans and gender-expansive youth of Color. To date, this initiative has accounted for more $1.8 million in giving to trans communities, exceeding the average giving to trans communities among most national philanthropic institutions.

One of the primary ways Give a Hand Uganda helps the community is through education. The organization provides school supplies, scholarships, and educational programs, ensuring that children, especially those from low-income families, have access to quality education. By doing so, they aim to break the cycle of poverty and empower the next generation with the knowledge and skills needed for a brighter future.

In terms of healthcare, Give a Hand Uganda organizes medical outreach programs, providing free medical services and health education to underserved communities. They work on raising awareness about critical health issues, promoting good hygiene practices, and offering vaccinations and treatments for common illnesses. This helps improve the overall health and well-being of community members, reducing preventable diseases and mortality rates.

Additionally, Give a Hand Uganda supports economic development initiatives, such as vocational training and small business support. By offering training in various trades and providing microloans, they enable individuals to start or expand small businesses. This not only boosts household incomes but also stimulates local economies, fostering a self-sustaining community.

Overall, Give a Hand Uganda plays a crucial role in addressing the immediate needs of the community while also building a foundation for long-term growth and prosperity. Through their comprehensive programs, they empower individuals and families, fostering resilience and hope for a better future.

We provide in-depth, highly relational mindfulness education for youth and the parents and professionals who support them.

Young people deserve our best attention and the greatest support we can offer, especially when it comes to teaching them the tools and resources they need to nurture their minds, spirit, and bodies.

We stand on the foundation of a 35-year lineage of teen mindfulness which began with retreats offered in Barre, Massachusetts in 1989. Since our humble beginnings, we have grown to be the national leader in immersive mindfulness education with our beloved teen retreats having been offered to 4,000+ alumni.

With a belief that justice and equity are at the center of youth wellbeing, our offerings also include specific programs for affinity groups such as BIPOC and LGBTQIA+. Programs aimed at more systemic impact include our internationally accredited Teacher Training program and custom programming in partnership with schools and youth-serving organizations across the country. Our programs seek to complement and amplify the impacts of in-school programs and to expand the value and capacity that youth-serving professionals have for sharing in-depth mindfulness experiences with youth.

At their core, the diverse community of Inward Bound teens and adult leaders seek to create healthier inner and outer worlds. They come from the edges of toxic dominant cultures with the belief that another way of living is not only possible, but a fundamental right. Our extensive network of 120+ staff, teachers, health coordinators, and mentors are experts in the fields of youth development, mental health, and education, and have lived experiences that deeply reflect the teens they serve. They exemplify authenticity, compassion, and respect, upholding a strong code of ethics. In fact, some of our leaders today were participants in the first teen retreats offered in 1989.

Perhaps our most distinctive capacity for success is our Collaborative Leadership (CL) System which emphasizes shared decision-making and robust feedback, and creates more pathways for community members, especially youth, parents, and partners, to have increased input and investment. This organizational structure, which has no Executive Director, is the result of our equity commitments and examinations of how power is distributed within our organization. It was researched and developed for three years with the consult of international leaders in the field before being fully launched in January 2020. At the core of the CL System are the full-time staff and five standing committees that include a 9-member Youth Advisory Committee and 6-member Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee. Need-based stipends are available to support committee member participation.

In 1982, the National Association of Lesbian and Gay Pride Coordinators was formed in Boston, USA, with an initial membership of six USA Pride organizers. Over time membership has grown to include Pride organizers around the world, becoming InterPride in 1999. In 2021, membership totaled over 300 organizations from more than 60 countries. This growth has been matched by increasing diversity of membership. Since 2015, non-North American members have grown from 21% to 49%. This trend primarily reflects increased participation from Oceania and Global South (Africa, Asia, and South America).

The Pride movement continues to evolve. Pride has gained a presence in locations where it was previously absent or under-developed. There has also been significant growth in structures that gather Pride organizers together at a national or international level (known as Pride Platforms). This trend has created opportunities for InterPride to identify ways to better leverage regional knowledge to advance the rights of SOGIESC communities.

Holy Covenant MCC is an open and affirming Christian community of faith that has been serving the Chicagoland area since March 30, 1975. We celebrate our call to embody the spirit of hospitality. It is in this spirit that we welcome people of all genders, races, sexual orientations, gender identities, ages and socio-economic means to participate in the full life and ministry of our church.

We explore our faith in a safe, non-judgmental environment. We celebrate the contributions of Christianity and other faith traditions to our understanding and experience of the Divine, Just, and Creative Presence many call “God.”

The Worship Team nurtures the corporate worship life of our congregation as inspiring, celebratory, and centered on the faithful proclamation of Scripture and communion celebration. We celebrate an open communion, which means you do not have to be a member of Holy Covenant or any other church to participate. Everyone is welcome to the table with whatever beliefs or doubts they may have.

We believe that frontline activists & organizers are a key source of societal progress, *yet they are radically underserved*. Strategies are built through our bespoke *theory-of-change* engine. CECI’s purpose is to help progress move closer to the speed of information on a platform that cares about your data ownership and privacy.

Founded in 1975, The Center empowers Northeast Ohio’s LGBTQ community through advocacy, education, collaboration, and celebration.

The mission of the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland (the Center) is to enrich the lives of the region’s diverse LGBTQ+ community through advocacy, support, education, and celebration. The Center is a community-led and equity-focused one-stop hub and sanctuary providing a broad array of services. The Center works to meet acute individual needs around health, education, and well-being while implementing systemic solutions. Work supports the social determinants of health that ultimately reduce harm and improve well-being in the LGBTQ+ community. Annually, programming touches around 1,600 individuals through direct service and another 18,000+ through education and outreach. *We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.* **Our services are free of charge.** *Services are available to ALL ages and gender identities. Medical-forensic exams are provided up to 120 hours post assault. Counseling and advocacy services are available to anyone who identifies as a survivor of sexual assault, sexual abuse or incest ~ no matter when it occurred. Our services are available to anyone, despite where they live or where they were assaulted.*

Oasis Legal Services increases access to culturally responsive high quality immigration and social services to empower LGBTQ+ immigrants fleeing violent persecution in their home countries due to their sexuality, gender, and/or HIV status. Since Oasis’ inception in 2017, we have served over 2,800 LGBTQ+ clients from 68 different countries. With our expertise, we maintain a 99% success rate across our legal services. 

What differentiates us from other legal service providers is that all of our clients are eligible for social service navigation and support. Access to social services addresses the critical needs of our clients beyond legal status, facilitating integration, healing, and empowerment of our client community so that they can thrive.

As the leading West Coast provider of immigration legal services to the LGBTQ+ community, our experience working with our clients informs our advocacy. We fight for laws and policies to improve the lives of our clients and the broader LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities.
