LA SQUARES provides community outreach, family support, and workforce pathways across Los Angeles.
LA SQUARES is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit strengthening underserved communities throughout Los Angeles through year-round outreach, essential resources, youth and family support, workforce development, and career pathways.
Our work includes food and essential-resource distributions, community outreach, resource navigation, youth support, mentorship, job-readiness services, training and certification assistance, and employment pathways through our Building Pathways initiative.
We believe everyone needs a little help sometimes. Our goal is to meet immediate needs while also helping individuals and families move toward long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and economic advancement.
Through partnerships with community organizations, workforce agencies, training providers, employers, and public agencies, LA SQUARES works to connect residents with resources and opportunities that can create lasting change.

Help LA SQUARES Build Pathways to Opportunity
LA SQUARES is helping individuals and families across Los Angeles move from immediate need to long-term opportunity. Through our Building Pathways initiative, we connect participants with career exploration, job readiness, mentorship, training and certification opportunities, workforce partners, and pathways into employment in industries such as healthcare, skilled trades, transportation and logistics, aviation, technology, public service, and more. We also understand that getting to the next opportunity often requires more than training alone. Support may include transportation assistance, work clothing and equipment, technology access, certification and testing fees, childcare support, emergency assistance, resource navigation, and other practical services that help participants stay on track. Your donation helps LA SQUARES continue providing community outreach, youth and family support, essential resources, and workforce-development opportunities throughout Los Angeles.
