How Can We Best Support Our Communities in Need? Our communities are filled with people who are struggling—people who need more than words of encouragement. They need opportunities, resources, and unwavering support . Together, we can uplift and empower those who are having the hardest time finding their footing. At Justice By Objectives, we focus on some of the most pressing needs: Justice-involved individuals  who are trying to rebuild their lives often face steep barriers to housing, employment, and stability  the moment they’re released. Many have no guidance, no safe path forward—only the “hard way.” Without support, cycles of struggle and incarceration can repeat endlessly. Our mission  is to provide peer support  and family peer support  to those walking the road we have walked ourselves, or who are helping a loved one navigate it. We know firsthand how it feels to be sent to the wrong resource, to be shuffled from place to place, and to feel like the system is built to keep you out. We want to change that. We want to be the umbrella on a rainy day  while you’re waiting for the bus. We want to remind people to spread kindness, to share their truth—even when it’s uncomfortable—and to hold tight to values and morals that build strong communities. Our principles: Ethics and boundaries are non-negotiable. Every person deserves to be heard and respected. We follow the golden rule—treating others how we want to be treated. We provide what we can, without judgment, to support the individual in front of us. We invite you to help us change lives, change minds, and even change opinions .
