The Overall Mission of ISP Is To Provide Scholars With The Opportunity To Participate In Innovative Higher Education & Career Readiness Programs, Which Prepare Them To Participate In Our Globalized Workforce.
Infinite Scholars Program (ISP) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 2003 by Thomas E. Ousley, an internationally recognized retired educator who specialized in truancy prevention and college readiness.
ISP was created in response to the need to address disparities that are significantly prevalent in higher education and our globalized workforce. Since our inception in 2003, ISP has assisted at least 200,000+ scholars with gaining access to over $2 billion in scholarships and other empowering resources that are essential for students to make their dreams an attainable reality.
We work alongside nationwide community impact leaders to proactively address socio-economic challenges. ISP serves students from grades 6–12, along with parents, schools, colleges, trade schools, corporations, and community organizations, creating an ecosystem of support around youth education and career readiness.
