Equitable School Partnerships Of Boston Inc

Equitable School Partnerships of Boston (ESP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing educational equity by expanding access to enrichment opportunities for students in Boston Public Schools. We strive to bridge opportunity gaps within the education system by connecting schools with high-quality community partnerships and resources that support student success.

ESP's primary objective is to ensure that all students, regardless of socioeconomic background or neighborhood, have access to experiences that foster academic achievement, personal growth, creativity, confidence, and belonging. To achieve this goal, ESP develops and manages partnerships that provide programming in areas such as athletics, arts, STEM, academic enrichment, and career exploration.

ESP serves students throughout Boston Public Schools. We work closely with school leaders, educators, families, and community organizations to identify needs and implement sustainable enrichment opportunities tailored to each school community.

Since becoming a nonprofit in 2024, ESP has supported more than 2,500 program enrollments across four Boston public schools. A signature initiative is our partnership with the YMCA, through which 650 students have received free swim lessons, increasing access to water safety. Our geographic service area is the City of Boston, with plans to expand our impact through additional school-community partnerships.
