Our Mission

The Disclosure Foundation exists to strengthen democratic oversight and ensure lawful transparency regarding Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). We operate at the intersection of Congress, national security professionals, scientists, and the public to advance responsible disclosure and accountability.

What We Do

1. Advocacy and Legislative Action
We facilitate direct engagement between lawmakers and experts, support bipartisan legislative efforts, and advocate for policies that protect whistleblowers and increase transparency. Our team has helped enter key documents into the Congressional Record and supported high-profile testimony in recent hearings.

2. Whistleblower Protection Infrastructure
Many individuals with critical information fear retaliation or legal risk. We are building the first trusted, full-service whistleblower pipeline dedicated to UAP-related disclosures. This includes secure intake systems, legal partnerships, travel and logistical support, and media preparation.We believe whistleblowers should understand both their constitutional protections and realistic risks. Our work ensures disclosures to Congress occur lawfully and responsibly, grounded in constitutional principles and statutory protections.

3. Public Awareness and Accountability
Transparency requires public engagement. We organize bipartisan events, national media campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives to educate the public and sustain legislative momentum.
