Every 90 minutes, someone in the United States is diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis)  — a progressive and fatal disease that slowly robs people of their ability to move, speak, and breathe. There is currently no cure. Coast to Coast 4 ALS was created to change that. This extraordinary effort brings together riders, families, researchers, and supporters for a 4,000-mile cycling journey across 12 states  to raise awareness and critical funding for ALS research and patient support. Help Power Rex Through the Final 100 Miles After more than 3,700 miles across America , Rex Houlihan is entering the final stretch of his Coast 2 Coast 4 ALS journey. Together, we've raised more than $498,000 for ALS research and care, but we're not finished yet. As Rex rides the final 100 miles from Annapolis, Maryland, to the Atlantic Ocean in Dewey Beach, Delaware , we're inviting 100 supporters to sponsor one of those final miles with a $100 donation (or more). Each mile represents more than a distance on a map. It represents every person living with ALS. Every family navigating this disease. Every researcher searching for a cure.
