Support for young meditators-in-distress

We know from our research that young meditators more likely to experience meditation-related adverse effects (Goldberg et al. 2022) but are also least likely to get the support they need because of financial instability. In our "30 under 30" campaign, we’re raising $30k to support meditators-in-distress under the age of 30. 100% of donations go to support one-on-one peer consultations, support groups, research-based information for meditators-in-distress under the age of 30 Cheetah House by the numbers: In the last 3 years, Cheetah House has given away more than $50k in free or discounted services to meditators-in-distress in more than 20 countries
