Through our nationally recognized Bridge Builders programs—immersive experiences where middle and high school students from across Memphis come together to break barriers, build understanding, and practice leadership in action. These programs focus on communication, critical thinking, teamwork, civic engagement, and career readiness—core skills youth need to thrive in today’s world and tomorrow’s workforce.

• Offering mental health and wellness programming for youth navigating trauma and anxiety
