Bridge House offers paid employment, housing and support services to adults experiencing homelessness. 

Bridge House offers a variety of programs, including our award-winning 'Ready to Work' program. Ready to Work is a unique and highly-effective combination of employment, housing, and support that breaks the expensive cycles of homelessness, incarceration and chronic unemployment. 

Ready to Work is the first stepping stone to self-sufficiency. After approximately one year, trainees graduate to mainstream jobs and permanent housing. Ready to Work has an average success rate of 74%. Operating in Boulder and Aurora, Colorado, Bridge House will open its third location in Englewood, Colorado in 2024.
