MISSION
Bridge House believes in, respects and empowers people who are experiencing homelessness. We connect them to housing and employment opportunities so they can realize and embrace their future.

Our signature program, Ready to Work, is a unique and highly-effective combination of employment, housing, and support that breaks the expensive cycles of homelessness, incarceration and chronic unemployment.

Ready to Work is the first stepping stone to self-sufficiency. After approximately one year, trainees graduate to mainstream jobs and permanent housing. Ready to Work has an average success rate of 74%.

Ready to Work provides adults experiencing homelessness a unique opportunity to rebuild their lives through work. Our holistic approach combines three elements - paid work in a Ready to Work social enterprise, dormitory housing at a Ready to Work House, and case management support.
