The Anna Tasca Lanza Foundation carries forward a legacy of learning through food, land, and culture, rooted in the work of Anna Tasca Lanza and her daughter, Fabrizia Lanza. Through education and shared experience, the Foundation brings people together around food as a powerful tool for cross-cultural understanding and community resilience.
Our flagship program, Cook the Farm, connects participants directly with farmers, producers, artisans, cooks, and the landscapes that shape regional food cultures. We are now bringing this immersive model beyond Sicily, with programs in Sardinia and Scotland, Portugal launching next year, and more collaborations to come.
By supporting the Foundation, you help preserve culinary heritage and traditional knowledge, strengthen sustainable food systems, and empower the small-scale producers and communities who sustain them. Together, we believe food can build stronger communities and contribute to a more sustainable future.
