The Arrow Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides veterinary treatment, fostering, and rehoming of animals who have been victims of extreme torture, abuse, or neglect. We also educate the public regarding the ongoing problem of animal cruelty and the link between animal abuse and human violence and advocate strengthening our local, state, and national animal welfare laws.
When The Arrow Fund is contacted, and the case meets our criteria, we take legal possession of the animal and transport them to a veterinary facility for treatment. Following treatment, the animal recovers in a foster home; they can acclimate to living indoors and be assessed/retrained in preparation for adoption into a permanent home.

Why The Arrow Walk? The Arrow Fund provides a lifeline for the victims of extreme torture, abuse, and neglect. We specialize in the most severe cases—those requiring advanced medical intervention, forensic exams, and dedicated foster care. This June, we are asking you to find your stride for those who can’t. The Arrow Walk launches our inaugural month-long challenge. By walking one mile a day for the 30 days of June , you directly fund the life-saving surgeries and specialized treatments these victims need to survive. Every mile logged by our Village brings a survivor one step closer to a life of safety. How it Works: Register: Sign up today and set your personal fundraising goal. Walk: Commit to 30 miles in 30 days. Impact: 100% of your fundraising goes to our Medical Fund. We stay ready to act the moment a victim of cruelty is found. The Arrow Fund Medical Fund: *Funding the Road to Recovery * The Medical Fund is a dedicated resource used exclusively for the treatment of animal victims of extreme torture, abuse, and neglect. Because The Arrow Fund takes on cases that require a higher level of care, this fund ensures that every survivor has access to the advanced veterinary medicine they need to heal. What the Fund Covers: Specialized Surgical Intervention: Funding for sometimes complex orthopedic and soft-tissue surgeries performed by veterinary specialists. Advanced Diagnostics: Covers necessary X-rays and specialized bloodwork tests to properly diagnose victims of extreme trauma. Emergency Stabilization: Provides for 24/7 ICU monitoring and intensive pain management protocols during the initial stages of rescue. Critical Care & Restoration: Pays for the long-term specialized care and treatments required to return an animal to health. Medical Support for Fosters: Provides the specialized diets and medications needed while an animal recovers in a dedicated foster home. The General Medical Fund is why we never have to say "no" based on price. It allows us to look at a broken animal and see a future, rather than a bill.
