Everyone is telling parents what to take away. Stop the screens. No phones. Less tech. strongerKIDS is the one handing you something to do instead.

That gap is the whole problem, and it is real. Parents already know screens are winning. The books, the headlines, the pediatricians all say what to cut. Almost nobody says what to put in its place. So parents are left tired, guilty, and Googling at 11pm with no plan. That is the need strongerKIDS exists to fill.

We are not anti-screen. We are pro-getting-your-hands-dirty.We are not child psychologists. We are three dads with eight kids between us. All of them can cook a meal, start a fire, and hold a conversation with an adult. None of that happened because we read a parenting book. It happened because we gave them real things to do and got out of the way.

What we do: We hand parents one real activity a week. Sixty seconds to read, easy to start, free forever. Every activity is tested by real parents with real kids before it goes live. Our library is closing in on 300 activities, sorted by your kid's age, the season, and the time you have.Everything maps to four pillars:

Fuel the Body. Real food, real tools, real capability.
Move and Explore. Outdoor adventure, risky play, real-world navigation.
Strengthen the Mind. Boredom, creativity, problem-solving, self-regulation.
Belong and Contribute. Community, friction, purpose, showing up for others.

A kid says "I'm bored." A parent has a plan. The family tries one real thing. A story gets told. Another family sees it and does the same. That is the loop.

Your donation keeps it free. No ads. No algorithm. No upsell. Every dollar funds more activities, the Wednesday newsletter, and the weekly plan that helps the next family raise a curious, capable, confident kid.

Mike's 14-Mile Swim: Feed Boston, Free Kids from the Screen

Michael Klonsky is 63. On September 4, 2026, he swims fourteen miles of open ocean, Nantasket to Marblehead. No lanes. No walls. No shortcuts. He has been swimming for sixty years. This one counts double. Every stroke is split evenly between two missions. The Greater Boston Food Bank turns your dollars into meals on real tables across Eastern Massachusetts. Every mile feeds someone. strongerKIDS is the antidote to the screen. One real activity a week that gets kids off the couch and back into the world. You can't bring a phone in the water. The swim, by the numbers: 14 miles, point to point, miles offshore in open ocean. 500 training miles over seven months of buildup. 50,000 yards a week at peak. Whales breach around him. Sharks live there too. He keeps swimming. The goal is $50,000, split 50/50 between food on Boston tables and kids back in the real world. He does the miles. You do the rest. Give once, pledge per mile, or start a matching challenge that doubles everyone else's. Sixty seconds, and it all runs through Every.org. Be the reason he gets in the water.
