START Austria Foundation

START is a pupil scholarship program for talented and committed children of immigrant families. The objective of the program of START is to sponsor children of immigrant families and provide students the opportunity of higher education and better integration. Founded in 2002 in Germany, the START program is now well implemented in Austra and active in four federal states: Vienna (2007), Vorarlberg (2009), Salzburg (2010), Upper-Austra (2013) and Lower Austria.
