Vision: A world where young people across Africa have access to world-class education and career opportunities, empowering them to lead, innovate, and drive sustainable, transformative change in their communities.

The Shasha Approach: At Shasha Network, we believe that what keeps many young people from accessing the right education opportunities is a lack of information and mentorship. Our digital platform is designed to empower young people aged 16-24 with soft skills and personal development tools We focus on:

  1. Essential Soft Skills: Enhancing communication, opportunity search, and mentorship capabilities
  2. Digital Learning: Breaking barriers through accessible online education
  3. Career Development: Our Shasha Bridge program provides crucial guidance for aspiring professionals

Our Impact: Since the inception of our Bridge program, Shasha Network has made significant strides in empowering African youth:

  • We've worked with 4,000 young people across 19 African countries, with the majority coming form Zimbabwe, Zambia, Ghana, Rwanda and Kenya
  • Shasha scholars have gone on to study at top universities worldwide, including the University of Cambridge, University of Rochester, and Yale
  • Our goal to reach 50 million youths falls within the context of Africa's booming population projected to grow beyond 2 billion by 2050. We are betting on our youths to build the future of their communities

Why Your Support Matters: By supporting Shasha Network, you're not just donating to an organisation – you're directly investing in Africa's future. Your contribution helps us:

  1. Expand our reach to more communities across Africa
  2. Provide more program scholarships and mentorship opportunities
  3. Enhance our digital platform for a more engaging learning experience

Note: We also welcome refurbished tablets and computers for our educators
