Socio-Educational Welfare Association (SEWA) is a voluntary Non-Government Organization of Assam located in the District of Dibrugarh. With a true spirit of social development, Assam undertakes a varied range of often challenging activities to serve the community within its reach. SEWA visualizes a society where the community is capable of taking charge of its own development through facilitative support from civil society organizations. SEWAs thematic areas include Sustainable Livelihood, Health, HIV/AIDS Prevention, Women Empowerment, Disaster Management, Resettlement of displaced communities, Poverty reduction, Child rights, Domestic Violence etc.
