Our Mission: At RSF, we empower youth in Santa Cruz City and County schools, and beyond, through sports, arts, education, and culture. Our programs support aspiring athletes, artists, and scholars by fostering personal development through athletic training, artistic expression, and academic enrichment. Committed to helping young individuals seek, believe, and achieve their goals, we promote excellence to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.
About the Reggie Stephens Foundation: Founded in 2018, the Reggie Stephens Foundation (RSF) was created to provide youth with opportunities to grow through sports, arts, education, and culture. What began as a vision to uplift young athletes has evolved into a dynamic organization offering programs that promote personal development, leadership, and academic success.
RSF remains deeply committed to the community, expanding initiatives like Sunday Sessions, partnerships with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and the Central Coast Girls Flag Football All-Star Tournament. With the support of donors, volunteers, and partners, we continue to create pathways for youth to thrive and achieve their dreams.

RSF Annual Fundraiser: Empowering the Next Generation Through Sports, Arts, Education & Culture The Reggie Stephens
Foundation (RSF) invites you to join our mission to raise $25,000 to continue
creating opportunities for student-athletes in Santa Cruz County and beyond. This year’s fundraiser
supports two groundbreaking programs now entering their second year: 🏈 RSF Girls Flag Football All-Star Game — the first of its
kind in Northern California. This event continues to open doors for young women
in sports, giving them the visibility, competition, and recognition they
deserve. 🎓 RSF x Morgan State University Partnership — a cultural and
educational bridge connecting Santa Cruz students to Historically Black
Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). We currently have seven students attending
Morgan State, with more students preparing to go next year as the program
rapidly grows. Funds raised will also
help sustain RSF’s core programs, including: • Scholarships
for student-athletes pursuing college degrees • Basketball
and 7v7 football programs that build skill, leadership, and character • Sunday
Sessions, free weekly training that combines speed, agility, and mental
wellness for youth across the county Your support fuels RSF’s
