Reach for Resources

Reach for Resources, Inc. is a nonprofit whose mission is to provide person-centered disability and mental health services that support people to live, thrive, and engage in their community. Skilled staff deliver quality services that are strengthened by volunteers and sustained by donor generosity.. We provide a wide variety of services to over 2,100 people in the areas of Adaptive Recreation, Case Management, Employment Supports, Housing Supports, Inclusion, Independent Living Skills, In-Home Supports, Mental Health, Therapy, and Transportation.

Reach helps adults with disabilities achieve the highest level of self-reliance possible while helping them to integrate into their communities. Individuals we support are able to work, engage, and thrive in their own community. We believe that our community is a better place when it is inclusive, and every individual and family, regardless of ability, has the chance to be successful.
