No one’s life or livelihood should ever be at risk because of their sexual orientation or gender identity, sadly this is not the reality for most LGBTQ people around the world. While we fight for this to change, RR rescues LGBTQ people in places where they are at danger and get them to safety. This non-profit has a special place in my heart.

As someone who is able to freely live my openly gay life without fear or persecution, I feel it is necessary to give that same freedom to others who deserve it.

As someone who comes from a country where we supposedly legalized the existence of the lgbtq+ community, I know many who suffer silently, are disowned, and kicked out from their houses, people don't even mention it to their families for lack of understanding despite receiving education. Rainbow Railroad is saving lives beyond the USA and it is not easy, if there is a way to save lives of people who do not feel comfortable in their own homes I want to help. I hope even a little bit from my end can help.

Everyone in the LGBT+ community deserves to live in a country that respects our freedom to love and live!
