For over 100 years, Potter Children’s Home and Family Ministries has been committed to bringing Christian-based solutions and strength to those in need to end the generational cycle of child abuse and neglect. With the growth of our foster care and single parent programs, we continue to find new and better ways to serve those in our care and reach more souls within our community and beyond.

Our foster care program is designed for children ages 6 to 18 years old who need a short- or long-term out of home placement. Children live in a family setting with full-time foster parents who provide a balance of structure and nurture. The goal when possible is always to return the child to their family. 

The purpose of the “Single Parent Alliance for Raising Kids” (SPARK) ministry is to provide single parent families an opportunity to achieve wholeness and stability through a combination of education, counseling, life coaching and mentoring, all in a spiritual environment. We seek to accomplish this goal by guiding families to EMBRACE STABILITY, EXPERIENCE GROWTH, and ENJOY INDEPENDENCE.
