Talent is everywhere. Access and opportunity are not.
Pacific Bridge Arts Foundation (PBA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and celebrating Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander artists and creatives while creating opportunities for people from all backgrounds to access, explore, and build careers in arts and entertainment.
We believe that exposure, mentorship, and real-world experience can change what a person imagines is possible for their future.
Creating Pathways into the Industry
PBA connects students and emerging creatives with hands-on experiences and opportunities to build the skills, confidence, and relationships needed to navigate the entertainment industry.
Our paid internship program places college students with music and entertainment companies, giving them the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals and gain meaningful on-the-job experience.
For high school students, PBA creates opportunities to experience the industry firsthand. We work with LAUSD students to provide hands-on job experience at PBA's annual A Night to Remember celebration and expose them to the many creative and behind-the-scenes careers that make the entertainment industry possible.
Mentorship, Education & Access
Through Bridging Arts Talks, students and emerging creatives learn directly from GRAMMY Award winners and nominees, artists, and music industry executives who share their experiences, insights, and lessons from their careers.
PBA also creates access to industry education and professional networks by supporting high school students attending GRAMMY Camp and providing college students with GRAMMY U memberships through the Recording Academy.
Through our partnership with ALL NEW, co-founded by multi-GRAMMY Award-winning songwriter and producer James Fauntleroy, PBA is creating an intensive music bootcamp that connects emerging creators from all backgrounds with mentorship, industry insight, and relationships to help them develop their craft and navigate the music industry.
We are also expanding our hands-on career education to help students understand how the entertainment industry works, including the many creative and business roles behind an artist’s career.
Opening Doors for the Next Generation
At the heart of our work is a simple belief: young people and emerging artists should have the opportunity to see themselves in these spaces, understand the possibilities available to them, and have meaningful opportunities to get their foot in the door.
Your support helps PBA expand access to mentorship, education, internships, scholarships, hands-on experiences, and career development opportunities for young people and emerging artists.
Join us in opening more doors, creating more opportunities, and building stronger pathways into the arts and entertainment industry.
