Pennsylvania Women Work

PA Women Work exists because everyone deserves the chance to build a life of stability and independence. For over 30 years, we've been the ones showing up to make that possible. We are the only workforce development organization in our region focused primarily on women and individuals facing barriers to employment: single mothers, people rebuilding after incarceration or addiction, refugees starting over, women returning to the workforce, and so many others whose paths haven't been easy.

We don't just help people find a job. We help them find their footing, and then their future. Through individualized career coaching, job placement support, and mentorship, we've helped more than 76,000 Pennsylvanians move toward employment and economic independence, earning wages that lift them and their families above the living wage.
