As the heavy rains continue in the country, we are deeply concerned about the safety and well-being of our students and their families who reside in informal settlements particularly vulnerable to flooding - near river banks. The recent long rains have brought about devastating flash floods, forcing many families to flee their homes. In response to this urgent situation, it is NairoBits duty of care , therefore we have launched an emergency relief fund to provide immediate assistance to our students and their families to ensure they can access basic necessities: Food Sanitary pads for girls Diapers for families with babies Clean Drinking Water Commitment Waiver for their Tech Education Transport to and fro home during this heavy rainfall. We provide youth from disenfranchised communities with the tech training and mentorship they need to succeed in the digital economy, both locally and globally. Our graduates secure jobs in leading tech, launching businesses, and breaking the cycle of poverty. We need your help to reach more young people.
